Two things:
These batch of episodes strongly indicate that monster in the credits is corrupted steven.

You can only write so much in your forum signature. It's not fair that I want to write a piece of writing yet it will cut me off in the midIan JQ as Snowflake was surprising, but kind of amusing. And yay, Andy cameo!
So Crab Gem is Bixbite, neat...but then where the hell did Quidd get Aventurine from?
And ahh, I loved Pearl^2's scene at the end! Pearl and Pink Pearl come from two sides of the same coin, belonging to and being with the same person at two completely different points in her life, and that scene just highlighted it so well! I guess this also confirms that Pink got her act together when Pink Pearl was taken away, but did White take control after Pink broke P. Pearl? Or did that happen later?
And if Smoky's time slow comes from Steven, I guess that answers how he's gonna get around in "A Very Special Episode".
How do you figure?
He's constantly getting angry and holding things back. When he let's out his anger he glows pink. It's indicative that he's gonna hold back too much and then explode at some point.

Going back to Pink Mode itself, though, it's brought on by anger (mostly); those emotions are definitely going to erupt at some point, but there's not much suggesting anything will physically happen to Steven when it does.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Stuff from the credits:
- So far Paul Villeco and Lamar Abrams are the only storyboard artists returning from the original series (though as previously detailed, many of the others stayed around with different positions). Part of me still wishes these just aired weekly for proper time to breathe, but four episodes is good because that's usually how many different storyboard duos the show has at a time.
- As Crossover-Enthusiast previously stated, Hilary Florido is now the storyboard supervisor.
- While "featured voices" for the original was always the main four (Sarah Stiles also got first-page billing in the movie), it now includes Shelby Rabara as Peridot. That means she too gets credited in every episode, even if she isn't there at all.
- Those two other quartzes Michael Dietz voiced are Ocean Jasper and Blue Lace Agate.
- Snowflake Obsidian is Ian Jones-Quartey. Larimar is Michelle Maryk.
- The credits call the different Rose Quartzes "Superfan Rose", "Shy Rose", and "Hippie Rose". Kimberly Brooks voices all of them (but Susan Egan is credited for the tape playing again).
- The official name for Pearl and Volleyball's fusion? Mega Pearl
- Neither "Guidance" nor "Volleyball" specify which Rubies those were.
- The two quartzes that spoke were Angel Aura Quartz and Zebra Jasper*
- Voice directing for the vast majority of previous episodes was by Kent Osborne. Kristi Reed, the casting director for the movie, kept that same position and also took over voice directing (the movie doesn't have a "voice director" credit; Rebecca Sugar may have done that herself as director).
- We've gonna have to wait for VOD to hear the new ending theme, but it's called "Being Human", and it has lyrics sung by Emily King.
It seems Future is notably different production-wise than the original series or even the movie. There's definitely continuity, but even positions held by the same person for years change.

Oh, wow, Susan's got some range!
The captions referred to Shy Rose by that name, but I don't think it did so for the other two. Good to know Hippie Rose was a hippie before being a hippie was a thing, though!
I still prefer Pearl^2. Though her name makes me wonder... are other Pearl fusions in the cards? 'Cause you know, mega, ultra, giga?
These episodes were so fun!
I loved seeing Jasper again, and her interactions with Steven were so fun. Also I love how the first two eps were chill, the third ep delved into some baggage and got uncomfortable but in a hilarious way, and the fourth ep brought on so much sad. Poor Pink Pearl. Er, Volleyball?
Steven really should be more concerned about the Pink Steven power....
When we're done, there won't be anything left. And I just meant the credits don't specify if those are Rubies we've seen before. They just credit Charlyne Yi as voicing "Ruby".
We've got some stuff to do on the character pages, mostly the "Little Homeworld" one:
- The "uncorrupted quartzes" folder should group together all the quartzes besides Jasper, and include a caption the group picture specifying which is which.
- Topaz and Jasper should arguably be filed under Little Homeworld as well now (though for Jasper that just means a "reference" tab). It's not clear where Volleyball is staying, so just leave her in "Homeworld Gems".
- The "Gem Fusions" page is split into "Crystal Gems Fusions" and "Other Fusions". Steg is in the former while Mega Pearl is in the latter, but they should logically be in the same section (whichever that is).
Here's the outro
. Sounds a lot more incomplete than LLL first did, though that might be because it starts off with lyrics.
Also that does not sound like Rebecca. Who's singing this?
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢"Pink Diamond fucked me over" is starting to feel like this show's equivalent of "A firebender killed my parents".
Me: oof, pity about Lapidot and the toxic history it's had within the fandom... well I'm glad I have THIS other ship that will never be toyed around with by the show! SU:F: I'm about to end this whole fan's fantasy.
brb bracing myself for the inevitable Spinearl vs Volleypearl (... that's what we're calling it right?) war(s)
So... Am I the only one who's slightly bothered that it wasn't showed if Pink Pearl/Volleyball's left eye was healed or not at the end of "Volleyball"?
I assure you, I'm perfectly trustable person

Love the new episode title card, too.
