Oh hey, I just noticed there's an OG DS next to Steven's toilet now instead of a GameBoy

That's really neat

"Volleyball" promo by Maya Petersen
Future has a bunch of new storyboard artists. Maya Petersen and Etienne Guignard we heard about like a year ago, but I hadn't heard about Amish Kumar (who, like a lot of boarders, was previously a revisionists) or Aaron Austin.
I wonder which :
- Jeff Liu left to be storyboard supervisor for OK K.O., then after that went somewhere he's yet to specify.
- Lamar Abrams and Miki Brewster I remember being promoted to creative co-directors or something similar.
- Madeline Queripel is now "supervising director at Cartoon Network", which seems to be a multiple show position.
- Danny Cragg moved to being a character designer.
- Chris Pianka was apparently only on for the movie.
- Paul Villeco and Hilary Florido still list themselves as storyboard artists for the show on their online profiles. Katie Mitroff's doesn't specify a show, but I don't remember if it ever did.
Sugar gives some details of the vinyl and other musical things:
- They deliberately not releasing the "Drift Away" demo outside the physical vinyl.
- The demo "Finale" has Gallant himself singing and the lyrics are different.
- Spinel's instrument is distorted strings because they make it sound distant, and strings are Rose's instrument.
- Sugar pushed for a vinyl release because she's "a bit of a Luddite" who likes vinyls
- You can see post-it notes for planned episodes across the series. Originally, "Hit the Diamond" was called "Baseball Diamond" and the first part of "Change Your Mind" was a separate episode called "Escape from Homeworld". Right after the episodes of the Barn Arc is a post-it labelled "Greg's Brother", which is presumably an early draft of "Gem Harvest" (where Andy was Greg's brother instead of his cousin). Right under that is a partially-obscured note which I think says "Babidot", and I'm guessing was a working title for "Too Short to Ride".

new clip released: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nSdIlG9qTg
The dialogue in it strongly implies that it's jasper who refuses to attend.

You can only write so much in your forum signature. It's not fair that I want to write a piece of writing yet it will cut me off in the midHilary got promoted to storyboard supervisor after "Change Your Mind", I think.
In other news, the CN Arcade App revealed Smoky's new design!
Seems like Steven's shirt is back over Amethyst's again, though I'm kinda sad they aren't wearing Steven's jacket like a cape.
