@thatother1dude a character going to be the new play mate of the sisters of the being whose long abandonment broke her to the level she wanted to take it out on a planet of strangers who while reformed, a chunk of that reformation lie in their pining for their dead sister where she happened to be the next best alternative since Steven keeps snubbing them feels like a recipe for disaster though. Especially since she didn't come out of the experience feeling like she didn't have to be somebody's playmate.
I absolutely cannot help but adore handsome 2D boysSo... does anyone know which streaming services, if any, have the movie? My usual ones (Sling, Hulu) don't have it yet.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.A couple bits of fanart from a webcomic artist I like, Mary Cagle of Sleepless Domain, Kiwi Blitz, and Let's Speak English:

No wonder Rose fell in love with Greg. It took her thousands of years to figure out how to treat others as equals.
Oh mah gosh, that's only 5 days old.
I appreciate this re-contextualization.
Even if it was pretty obvious.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. You know I've been thinking; I think Pink was a relatively new Diamond. She's constantly treated as the youngest and a child so I assume she was created long after the others. But that begs the question: why? Whats the diamond orgin story?
And on top of that, there is still that unanswered question from years ago: if gems use light to form, what happens to a gem surrounded by endless darkness?
My galaxy brain prediction is thus:There is going to be a Black Diamond that was sealed away that will reawaken and wreak havoc across the stars, an opponent that even the diamonds are afraid of.
Also wow, half of tumblr has reeeaalllly developed a hateboner for Pink after this movie huh
That AU writer sure has a perspective on why Pink abandoned Spinel
Forever liveblogging the AvengersIt's not like the reason was shown in the movie itself.
Clearly it was left up to interpretation.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. There’s a lot of room for interpretation in Pink’s actions
There are things you can take as hints one way or another but we don’t get to hear Pink’s thoughts

Forever liveblogging the AvengersOf course.
That however is pretty blatant.
Who knows, maybe she was an Unreliable Narrator...with the little that was shown.
After all, we don't know how long it took for PD to get tired of Spinel's antic-antic-atics.

Its interesting because Spinel is sympathetic but she's a very toxic person explicitly in the text and confirmed by Rebecca Sugar.

We'll see if BJ even follows through. Remember everyone thought that he was going to get better at the end of Season 4? Actually asking for outside help is a start, but I can see him giving up early in the season.
