I’m just gonna come right out and say this; now that Pink Diamond’s connection with Steven has been made public knowledge to the Gems of Homeworld to a certain degree, how exactly are Eyeball and Aquamarine going to respond to this bit of news? I mean, after all that they both did to Steven in the past, even a low-ranking Diamond like Pink should have the authority to have them both broken for all of it.
Now, I know that that’s not something that Steven would ever actually do or even condone at the very least, but even still, his initial inherited authority from his mother should at least give him some right to, at least, punish them in some way, shape or form for all that those two have done, right?

The crew present (which includes one of the storyboart artists for the episode) didn't know, and said they'd have to ask whoever wrote that line (they suspect Matt Burnett).
The show clearly has a contemporary setting, but has avoided a specific year. But now that I think about it, has anyone ever mentioned any year?
Steven's been shown using several different gaming system
(modeled on an N64, Game Boy, and Game Cube).
But even if they have a Game Cube equivalent, who's to say it came out in the same time period? (While if technological progress is the exact same, all the smartphones are probably a better indicator.)
I'm wondering if a specific year has ever been said or even been visibly displayed.

No, I don't think so. To me, the consoles always seemed to imply a sort of comfortable feeling of well-used love - Steven and Amethyst are clearly familiar with most of the games they have, and they don't really feel like new consoles, so I'd imagine it's meant to take place in a sort of indistinct vague Now-ish.
It's been fun.Yay! Thank you, CN! Although I did already see the Legs from Here to Homeworld episode over the summer on the app XD so perhaps the week after the 17th will be a new episode for me.
Creator of Heroes of Thantopolis: http://heroesofthantopolis.com/...wow, it's been so long that I completely forgot "Legs From Here to Homeworld" never officially aired on TV. Cripes. Still, glad to have weekly episodes back! (Though who knows for how long...)
they're gonna find intelligent life up there on the moon/and the canterbury tales will shoot up to the top of the best-seller listAccording to this article
by BC, weekly episodes will air from December 17th to January 21st. There will also be five new songs.
I'm gonna guess that Steven gets at least two, White Diamond will definitely get one, either White Pearl will get a song of her own or she'll have to share with White Diamond, in which case Blue and Yellow get a duet, and I'm guessing there'll be one big ensemble piece to finish, since Steven Universe hasn't really done too many of those.

Judging from the way Rose speaks it's clear Pink Diamond and Pearl were more like Pinkie and the Brain
