I peg White as lawful neutral. Someone entirely motivated by maintaining the status quo they've created, and not even being able to comprehend the idea that that can change. She could be a Totalitarian Utilitarian, but we haven't really gotten a hint of what goals she has aside from maybe fixing their lack of resources.
If anything I don't think she's motivated by selfishness or spite. I think she gets her ego from believing she's the only thing keeping the ship from capsizing. And to be fair with the hilarious incompetence we've seen from just about every homeworld gem excluding Topaz and Aquamarine she might have a point to make about that.
I think if Steven is going to get her to do anything he'll need to make her think it was her idea.

SAVE THE LIGHT IS FINALLY COMING TO SWITCH!
THE UK LISTING WAS REAL
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢I wonder what it would take to make more extra-dimensional rooms. Think we'll ever see how or why the Crystal Temple was made? In hindsight, it's odd that several early episodes focused on it, but I don't think we've found anything else about it since "Rose's Room".

Wait, has Andy been told about Lapis taking the barn? Because I think we all can agree he's not gonna be happy about the family barn being dropped on his nephew's "Aunt".
Actually, right now I'm imagining Bismuth and Greg catching him and Lapis up with all the revalations about Rose being a Diamond.

Regardless of your opinion of the last American election, we can all agree on one thing- The Chinese Communist Party can choke on scrotes!Time passed between the episodes—everyone changed clothes, it's morning instead of evening, and everyone who evacuated to the shelter is seen about town. They may have mentioned it to Andy, and he may have left already.
Either way, I don't imagine him being much more than annoyed. He said they could have the barn, and Lapis broke it trying to protect the town.
(Looking at that pick of the energy burst from Your Mother And Mine)
Well, if nothing else, that's a very handy explanation as to why poor Nephrite couldn't be permanently healed (not that we really needed one, but that is pretty important context).
As for new rooms for Lapis, Peri, and Bis at the temple... I guess it depends on just how difficult it is for the temple to make new rooms for gems. If nothing else, it wouldn't surprise me if Bismuth could tweak it to make new rooms (heck, she might have even been the one in the first place who made it) so that you don't need any external additions.
That said, if I were to gamble, I think they'll just build a new barn at the old location. I think Peri and Lappy liked farming and would want to go back to that. And I bet Bis will join them, partly to build it and partly because I think she'd like the idea of building tools for growing. (And also, because I think the show will like having them all in backup but still keep the focus on the original quartet of Crystal Gems.)
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.I guess it depends; I wouldn't think there would be much good farming land near Beach City, but Steven did bring up the idea of having the farm closer so they could come hang out more, and that would make it easier to fit them into different episodes now that they're bona fide Crystal Gems.
It's been fun.The commute to the farm is basically nothing. If those three don’t move in/around the temple, it’s just going to be because they wanted a separate house and/or the writers wanted some way where Steven logically wouldn’t be running into them all the time.
Thinking again about the Off Colors, they’re most likely to park the Sun Incinerator near Beach City and just live out of that.

I've always liked the idea of them living in Lars' house, though I guess the Sun Incinerator makes more sense.
...Though they could just put the Sun Incinerator near Lars' house and live there.
I have no idea if this is intentional but GOD FRICKING DAMN IT
Having been born and raised in southern New Jersey (which, if Delmarva is the fictional version of Delaware, is very close to the conditions in Beach City), I can confirm that it is not at all unusual to have very fertile farmland very close to coastal areas.
Of course, "close" may be a relative term, as those areas tend to be a bit flat (the real Delaware, worth noting, has the lowest "highest point" of any US state... yes, somehow lower than Florida and its average elevation of sea level), and thus it's likely much easier to see things further off than areas that actually have topographical features.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Delmarva as a state is fictional, though.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Beach City's real life equivalent is even more specific than the Delmarva peninsula, it's based on Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Bethany Beach
.
Caught up. The wedding was so dang CUTE, argh! Bismuth coming back was great. The battle with the Diamonds was great. White Diamond is super terrifying and HUUUGE. Like, Steven at least comes up to Blue and Yellow Diamond's ankle or mid-shin. Steven is literally the size of White Diamond's toe.

About the Pink/White Pearlswap theory... I dunno. I feel like a lot of people are assuming it's canon based on exactly one piece of evidence: the gem placement. I'm not really a fan of theories based on such loose and potentially coincidental evidence. Now, the Crewniverse has certainly hidden much more obtuse and wacky foreshadowing within the show before, so I'm definitely not going to say for a fact that it's not true, it just doesn't feel like there's any real evidence for it.
I dunno, I wouldn't go so far as to say that those of us who like the Pearlswap theory believe it's canon - I like the theory and think there's a good chance of it being true, but I do have the common sense to say that there may be other canon reasons.
Besides, I've always had the theory that Crystal Gem Pearl had more than one owner and had been passed along before finally becoming free. The circumstances behind said theory, though, have admittedly needed to be adjusted.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Pearl does mention she was "only" a few thousand years old when the rebellion began in "Sworn to the Sword." Unless White goes through Pearls quickly, or a mindwipe was involved, I think our Pearl was created for Pink. And I always figured that the Pearls are created around the same time as their Diamond, give or take a few thousand years. Though I have no evidence to back that up.
Potential spoilers from artbook:Also the artbook shows a timeline that apparently says that a new, sensible Pearl was created and delivered to Pink. Apparently, as it is hard to read.

Rebecca Sugar also hinted
that fan theories about White being a stone cold ruler lacking emotions or empathy are spot on. I'm hoping that she tends more towards Totalitarian Utilitarian than just some self-absorbed, abusive mother.
