To be honest, I was alittle annoyed at Connie's parents in letting her go. They went from over-controlling and micromanaging to the point of using an abacus to 'sure, head to another enemy planet, 'ts cool.' I know they want to be less helicopter parents to her, but that just swung in the complete other direction. Her going would have made more sense if Yellow and Blue were in a hurry and Connie accidentally was taken with the group.
-Witty line-I agree. Homeworld is a complete unknown, presumably has nothing to keep organic life forms alive, and Connie doesn't even have Pink's sword anymore. No sane parents should be okay with having their young teenager going somewhere like that, especially not after two giant women came in arm ships and caused all sorts of chaos.
Oissu!Cats find their own food usually when they hunt.

Remember those shattering drones?White probably sees through them if she's plugged into Homeworld's computers, not so sure about spy pearls though but it would explain why the Diamonds left them behind if they thought it could alert White
have a listen and have a link to my discord serverOf course she doesn't. They've made a point about her future vision being on the fritz, and even aside from that, why would she have a read on a situation like this?
Not that "Steven will be fine." isn't a bit worry for the rest of them, but I don't think you should read any foreshadowing into besides "Garnet thinks they won't hurt Steven because he's a Diamond/We will keep him safe."

Also, I guess the Diamonds managed to get in contact with Homeworld before actually returning to inform everyone of the news of "Pink's survival"?
If they could do that, you'd think they could also have rescue ships sent, but I guess taking Pink's was faster.
Well, either that or it's just credence to White being able to spy on them somehow.

That link also has a comment comparing WD to Norma Desmond and that was what I had in mind when I felt WD gave off White-Dwarf Starlet vibes. WD and WP appear unchanging, lack general movement, stay frozen in one pose, stuck in one mindset. WD dismisses Pink's actions, doesn't ask why she did it and pretends everything is back to how it was. Also, Homeworld has lacking resources, can't keep up gem quality but continues to pop them out as they used to.
White might be an allegory of being stuck in the past. Like her own body, her decisions don't move, they stay where she is and she treats that as reality. Homeworld may be decaying because she does not adapt and move forward, which is probably why Yellow was annoyed at Blue for Blue wallowing for Pink on the Zoo: Yellow doesn't want Blue to be like White.
-Witty line-Which make it a little disappointing if her leitmotif doesn't end up sounding like Blumenkranz
More seriously the Ragyo simulates are interesting considering that Ragyo herself was a (human) agent of another species of aliens themed around wearable inanimate objects with designs on earth that would be bad for both the planet the organic life on it.

...it says a lot about the Other Mother when you can make an unrelated toyline look like Creepy Dolls and Ragyo look less creepy in comparison.

She also asked Greg to keep Cat Steven watered and I wonder who has been feeding Cat Steven
