and
We only knew that there was "more to come" after the end of season 5; people assumed that meant a season 6, but a TV movie would also fit that criteria. OTOH, a 4chan "leak" claiming to be a CN intern said that there was no end in sight and a tentative end-goal of 9 seasons (production for the show is still ongoing so either the movie isn't coming until 2019 or there is at least one more season), and they were correct about there being a TV movie in the works after "a major reveal involving Pink Diamond", but these sorts of "leaks" are always hit or miss.
Either way, if they are going to go past season 6, there's no way the Diamonds are going to be the final antagonists, which would mean Sneople are a thing.

It's not confirmed per se, but we definitely know it's happening. I think the closest thing we have to a confirmation is one of the Crewiverse (I forget which) mentioning in a podcast that Season 4 (or our Season 6) is thirty two episodes long, and a Latin American VA (I think Stevonnie's) saying they were already dubbing Season 6.

I mean, just because it's made for TV doesn't mean you still can't get excited for it.
So I just realized something; once "Legs From Here to Homeworld" releases to the public, we'll officially be past the point Peridot was at during the tweets leading up to the "Dewey Wins" app bomb announcement. So that'll be fun.

Eh, that depends. Visual quality is usually better with a theater movie, but that doesn't mean the content is.
For example, and maybe this is a hot take, but I like the for-TV Dexters in time movie a lot more than The Powerpuff Girls movie. The Powerpuff Girl's movie looks cool but I felt like it had a lot of stuff padding it up for time. But Dexters in time is just full of really good character stuff from start to finish.

That's harsh, dood.
They're still called movies for a reason.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.

I heard what happens in the episode is huge, so uh. This is gonna be fun.
I think I'm gonna go preemptively unsubscribe to the Steven Universe people I follow on YouTube now...
Did they say when the episode was going to air on TV?
