Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Probably...not.
That seems UP. Since she's only done it on smaller gems and it seems ridiculous to say that when every other gem is smaller than her.
So nevermind, just has yet to be seen.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. We've known for a long time that Amethyst stayed in the ground too long, but I didn't realize just how long. She was supposed to emerge the same time Pink began her charade as Rose, and she didn't actually emerge until after the war had finished. How long is a Gem supposed to take to emerge? A few years? Because it seems Amethyst was in the ground for a thousand times longer than she was supposed to.
But the war lasted over 1000 years. According to this timeline
she was in the ground for 2000 years too long.

Considering Blue Diamond's remarks on the nature of corruption and how it was intended to grind every gem on the surface to dust, it only leads to a few conclusions:
- The lack of Pink Diamond in the Diamond Authority's attempt to wipe out the their rebels and subjects led to an incomplete spell for lack of a better term, leading to corruption, hence why Steven's healing spit only partially undid corruption for only a diamond could undo another diamond's work. In turn, it would take all four or three of the four Diamonds to undo it.
- Three Diamonds was significant enough to shatter every single one, but one or more Diamonds wanted the rogue subjects to suffer, leading to deliberately altering a portion/holding back to create corruption. This would call for more drama, as this would be an alien illness for the Diamonds to remedy.
- The Diamonds had no idea what they were doing due to being hellbent on killing rebels that they acted impulsively.
- White Diamond is evil and is somehow the root cause of it.
You can tell which theories I put the most effort into because I'm willing to buy into those more.

I don't think Pink is defective. Her size could be porportional to Yellow and Blue compared to their sizes to White, whom is at least confirmed to be bigger. The biggest is at the top of the four diamond symbol, the two below that one are smaller but the same size to each other as they are across from each other and the lowest is the smallest. Its like taking the 4 diamond symbol and tilting it with the top towards you and the bottom away. Perspectively, the top (white) is bigger while the bottom (pink) is smaller.
