I don't believe he did. I think Rose was GOING to tell him, but he said "the past is the past" and she used that as an excuse to keep him in the dark."
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.If Greg DID know though, shouldn't he have told Steven this at some point. Especially after Bubbled."
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.My stance on Rose being a Diamond has been "it's not the theory I'm going with, but if it does turn out to be true, I'm interested in seeing how they pull it off". And... yeah, this works for me. The previous episode planting the idea that Pink believed the other Diamonds didn't care about her, plus this episode's structure of going deeper into Pearl's memory, seeing the consequences in reverse chronological order do an excellent job of setting up the final reveal as an impulsive, "no one was supposed to get hurt" sort of decision that went waaaaaay off the rails.

One trope that has always irked me is Sci-Fi Writers Have No Sense of Scale. In one episode it takes 70 years to get anywhere without using a gravity engine, yet here Lapis, using a pair of wings, which shouldn't even operate in space, is able to get to the "Edge of the Milky Way," then she has enough time to turn around and is back on the moon in, what? A couple weeks?
Also, I was one of the last people to abandon that theory, but I eventually did. Then this happens. Sigh.

This reminds me a lot of what just happened. I dunno why, it doesnt make sense.
As long as this flower is in my heart. My Strength will flow without end.I just finished watching watching the latest two episodes and here are my thoughts on them
1. I was both hopeful and unsure about the prospect of lapis lazuli coming back home to earth and while the Diamond dream reveal did undoubtedly intrigue me, it still seemed so sad that Lapis just backslided the way that she did. I can understand her reasonings behind it this behavior but it truly did seem like she was making some progress back there
2. I, at first, had come to initially believe that the theory about Rose Quartz being anything other than a Rose Quartz, least of all a Diamond, least of all Pink Diamond herself, was complete rubbish, and it looked as though the series was making it so that that couldn’t have been the case. But, now, I am stunned and am both dreading and fearing just what the results of this revelation are going to be that’s for sure

Ah, yeah. Lapis flees in fear of the Diamonds, and the very next episode reveals that Rose, and by extension, Steven, was Pink Diamond. Now that's irony.
Also it looks like she left the barn this time.
