"Your Mother and Mine" was nice. I really like the flashback style and hope they use it again. I love Padparadscha's Past Vision being like a hindsight thing. The beginning dragged a small bit, and the episode ended too soon. And I guess Rose really was made on Earth? Of all things, why has "is Rose from Earth or not" beginning to become a running question?
I liked "The Big Show". Great songs ("G-G-G-Ghost" especially) and some good development for Sadie. Sunshine Justice had a nice design, though I'm kinda sad she wasn't Mystery Girl. At least she got a cameo.
"Pool Hopping" is interesting. I went into the episode thinking Garnet and Steven were gonna use her powers to view unlikely futures, not create them by being bombastic and spontaneous. I liked it, though, especially Garnet and Steven's majestic poses. Also, Garnet mentioned an alternate timeline where Onion was the one that got taken into space instead of Lars. I wanna know more about that. The scene with the cats had me going "adopt them, adopt them, adopt them," and "oh no Garnet!" when she started breaking down. I just wanted to mention it. Oh, and Cat Steven. I wholeheartedly welcome her into the Crystal Gems. May she have a wonderful time.
"Letters to Lars" was a comedy goldmine, from Pearl being excited about her "cellular phone" to Jamie and company's attempt at improv. I wonder if Pearl has been calling S off screen? Dewey found his purpose, Ronaldo is attempting to find his, and I am slightly worried about Greg's spending, though he probably has like seven million dollars left at the least. And they brought him and Garnet playing tennis into the show, which is neat.
Overall, I liked this batch of episodes. And I'm kinda thinking (I'm not sure if this should be spoiled; if it should, tell me) that we're gonna get a Steven/Garnet Fusion soon. "Your Mother and Mine" and "Pool Hopping" definitely seem like they're setting the foundations for it.

Just some ancient human
You know, seeing Peeidot in the improv group made me realize that she's actually better at socializing with humans than Pearl is. And now I wonder how Jamie got her into the group or why she chose to join?
Being better at socializing than Pearl is classic Damning With Faint Praise. Like, even I socialize better than Pearl does, and I actively avoid it in many cases.
Also, it makes sense. Peridot very quickly became Intrigued by Humanity (and Earth in general)... she might not be particularly competent at interpersonal interactions, but she's also easy to tempt into them.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.
Uh... go back three pages. We totally did.
The evacuation plan may come up again, but I'd be fine if it was just be a device that got the gems and human socializing together.

> is Pearl confirmed not to have belonged to any of the Diamonds now?
Kinda.
The vibe I got is that being on Earth she was property of Pink Diamond before joining Rose.
Also,we getting closer to actually seeing White Diamond,we might actually see her in the next few episodes
have a listen and have a link to my discord serverI'd guess an in-person view is still a while off, but we'll get a direction mention or indirect portrayal of White Diamond with the next reveal about the Pink Diamond plotline (whether White is relevant or incidental to the events in question).

Seems someone saw a clip which confirmed what you speculated on

have a listen and have a link to my discord serverInteresting how the show seems to be setting up the 'Pink isn't shattered' theory.
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenSteven didn't understand how his empathy powers basically allowed him to relive the memory of Pink and Yellow at that location, the memory is basically an echo that only Stevonnie could hear
Garnet probably had some understanding but there is probably more to it then being the echo of long ago event,

What I find interesting is the implication that Rose Quartzes didn't seem to be intentionally super, just another type of Quartz
Also what we learned about how the rebellion was covered up
Forever liveblogging the Avengers

Yeah in that episode it did feel like an attempt to stop sidelining them. It still didn't feel like enough to satisfy me personally but they seem to be trying at least. My opinion might change whenever the episodes after are aired.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?
