Yep. Even so, Yellow didn't seem to really hate organic life back then; she just didn't care. And a planet died.
A planet dying. That is important. Pink's demand for a colony had a backdrop of Yellow ordering the destruction organic life on a planet. That is what Pink saw, and said "I wanna colony!"
I envision Pink Diamond being The Napoleon (and yes I know the real life Napoleon wasn't actually a short man), particularly if she turns out to have been shorter than her own Quartz soldiers like Rose and Jasper.

Being off planet for 2 episodes and immediately going back to Earth...

TBF, they do have people on Earth waiting for them. Imagine how say, Connie's parents must be feeling around this time. Adult Fear at its finest.
I am imagining the Gems and Connie's parents yelling at them to get back home asap. And both will be Grounded Forever.

Disgusted, but not surprisedLars telling Stevonnie to get back home had a clear undercurrent of "Your families must be worried about you." (Also, his would be too, since no Steven meant Lars had no way to contact his parents.)
Of course, they were gone because their ship crashed while saving their friend and his band of refugees. No sane person would get mad at them for that; it would amount to Victim Blaming combined with Arrested for Heroism.

I imagine they'd be mad if Stevonnie did try to delay their trip back home solely to stay and explore the moon as ![]()

suggested.
A sane person? Maybe, though a sane person would also balk at the idea of a pair of children/preteens going on a rescue mission in deep space by themselves, particular if they had already nearly died in the process.

Disgusted, but not surprisedThe off colors are suppose to help Lars, if the go INSIDE hims head, he'd be all alone in space.
That's dangerous.

@LSBK: Fine. That's hardly my only reasoning though. Besides, I'm with Bismuth. Also, you cannot fault me for disliking the fact that an episode supports something I consider morally vile.
