I'm not holding my breath. The Zap2it schedule still shows nothing, even though it has some Gumball episodes listed as premiering nearly two months from now.
It's possible they're going to draw out this season because of its potential finality. If a sixth season is greenlit, they haven't started yet, so spreading out the current one would serve to lesson the break between seasons. If this does end up as the last season, they may go the route of making every episode premier a major event.
I'm thinking leak avoidance will be particularly difficult this time. We have no schedule for the featured episodes (by comparison the "Cry for Help" clip was less than a week before the TV premier), and a certain phrase prominent in a clip and that fanzine pic is at 21,300 google hits and counting (in quotes).
Does anyone here think White Diamond might be a bloodthirsty and unstable tyrant?
This might just be a relatively small sample size that I'm looking at, but I think "bloodthirsty tyrant" is one of the more popular theories on White Diamond that I've seen. Kind of a "the nation reflects the ruler" sort of thing.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. There was an interview Rebecca Sugar did with io9 before the show was properly launched where she said
"But we won't necessarily see that many iconic villains on Steven Universe, says Sugar — the Gems aren't dealing with a particular person, but something "bigger than that." There's not "really a singular enemy." Instead, the conflict will be within the group, and it'll be about Steven figuring out what's right."
Obviously we now know about the Diamonds, particularly Yellow and Blue, and I think if White Diamond was the blood thirsty tyrant then that would make her the singular enemy since there is sympathy for the diamonds trying to come to terms with Pink's demise, and White been absent for some reason,

have a listen and have a link to my discord serverWhite will probably be the Stepford Snarker, fitting really considering how Yellow suppresses her emotions and encourages Blue to do the same

To give a sense of production scale: Grace Rolek was a high school freshman when she auditioned for the part of Connie. When she started recording, she was a sophomore. By the time the show premiered, she was a junior.

Yellow DOES count as an example of The Caligula doesn't she?

@51387 Hrm... I don't think so. YD isn't necessarily insane (strict and prejudiced, yes, but I think she's frighteningly sane), and I don't think she's actually incompetent (for all that Homeworld has its issues, it seems to work, at least). If I were to pin any leadership-type trope on her, I'd probably most guess that she's a General Ripper (based on what she'd do to the bubbled Rose Quartzes).

tweeted an official video for Stronger Than You with Estelle, and a crowd of Steven Universe fans.

have a listen and have a link to my discord serverInteresting anecdote: In the artbook, they called the show's mix of influences for the art/animation/directing "Hanna Barbanime". Ian Jones-Quartey used the term again
describing O.K. K.O. and said Dexter's Labratory basically invented the concept. Craig McCracken agreed.

Storyboard artist Maya Petersen did a little doodle of Jasper as a kitty, and it's adorable.
I hope this is a thing on the show. Jasper's own version of the Purple Puma. Orange Tabby?
