Speaking of summer, I noticed a promo in the last week or two mentioning summer episodes of multiple CN shows. It doesn't mention Steven Universe, but I think that just means there won't be consecutive weeks of daily premiers like last year. There could still be weekly episodes and/or even "regular" a bomb (or two) before summer ends.
She'd probably in awe of Lapis because of her terraforming powers and wings, but also because they would both be high ranking blue gems
Aqua and Peridot might actually along as they have a few things common, there's a possibly Aqua is a era 2 gem like Peridot if the comments about her being a 'Particularly young' gem are anything to go by.
As for Jasper and Aquamarine, they really, really wouldn't get along at all,Jasper would consider her weak, and Aquamarine would be terrified of her
have a listen and have a link to my discord serverAquamarine doesn't strike me as the type to be "in awe" of anyone who aren't the Diamonds. I doubt Lapis' personality would endear her either.
I don't see her being particularly impressed with either Peridot or Jasper. Peridots sound like they're just cogs, and Quartzs are dumb muscle. Based off her words and behavior, Aquamarine is too egotistical to care about either.

Status wise, Peridots seem to be slightly below quartzes in the gem hierarchy, which is low but not rock bottom like Rubies and Pearls. Aquamarine on the other hand is a high ranking specialist who answers directly to the Diamonds; she wouldn't think very much of any of the Crystal Gems other than maybe Sapphire, and even then it wouldn't be a very positive impression giving she's a traitor who spends almost all of her time fused with one of the aforementioned rock bottom gems.

There's evidence that Lapises are a part of B Ds court at least
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Haven't been following the episodes since the Zoo arc aired, and finally caught up just now.
"Storm in the Room", alongside "The Trial" might be some of my top 5 episodes of the whole series. The former was a great way to show a characters introspection, the latter featured a bunch of great gem characters working off one another, and hinted at a possible inside job. lEft me intrigued.
I also really enjoyed "Doug Out", even though I don't think Connie's dad was this laid-back in his previous appearances.
Both "Lars's Head" and "I Am My Mom" made me feel smart because I realized the twist of the episode of a children's show roughly five seconds before they said it out aloud.
On subject of Lars: I never disliked him (at least as much as I do Ronaldo), but this batch of episodes has really made me like him more, especially since for once his character development seems to be the kind that sticks.
Now if we just could have a word about when the show's going to continue, that'd be great
So I didn't realize until I sat down to rewatch the series with my GF that the first season is literally twice as long as every other season.
Also, she realized right away that Pearl was in love with Rose.

That's probably because of how obvious it was...

I love that Steven Universe uses its supporting characters in a way that makes it seem like the show is making things up as it goes along, but in a good way. They take a few seasons to build up this rich ensemble of characters, then do a bunch of stuff with them. It's when humans and gems interact that I think the show is at its best.
What happened to Lars in the latest episodes made me love the show even more. The way it very subtly explains the origin of Lion is also brilliant.
