Distracted by something they never seen before...

It was played as an awkward exit instead of them sneaking away while everyone was distracted.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Hmm... just due to the way the trailer for "Wanted" is edited, I'm kind of wondering if the way that Blue Diamond's threat was revealed on the trailer with the scenes might be a deliberate Red Herring. That could be me being Wrong Genre Savvy, but I've seen lines like that used to misdirect for purposes of Never Trust a Trailer that I'm inherently suspicious.
I know what I'm personally hoping for - Blue Diamond, of all people, gets shattered by Yellow Diamond to enforce a Heel–Face Door-Slam, but in general, I see lots of good story potential out of this.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.@49528 Well, the reason why Yellow Diamond is more vilified is pretty simple - the "Out of This World" bomb showed a bunch that helped humanize Blue Diamond. YD hasn't gotten any of that yet, so it's much easier to paint her as the villainous of the two.
Though keep in mind, with my above scenario, being a recipient of a Heel–Face Door-Slam does not automatically redeem you, or make you a not-evil person. Yes, YD would, by default, be pulling an Eviler than Thou by doing so, but I could see YD shattering BD for even considering it. In fact, it'd be a good Moral Event Horizon move for someone to administer said door slam to someone who still could have decided on Team Evil.
Also, while I like the overall idea, I'm not personally tied to the "only YD is evil" idea. If they show BD as being just as evil, just played much differently (and some of the groundwork for that was put into place in "That Will Be All," so it's not an unreasonable idea), I'll be just fine with it.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.> Seriously, I don't get this thing people have with making Yellow Diamond, and Yellow alone the worst or only "bad" Diamond.
Yellow has never been shown grieving in the same way Blue Diamond has,so people have no reason for being sympathetic towards her,she is also the central villain given how all the gems from her court(Jasper,Peridot and the rubies) have been villains, where as the gems from Blue diamond's court like Lapis and Sapphire are not villains (Lapis was at first but that's different, she just wanted to go home dammit)
Obviously Aquamarine is the first villain from Blue Diamond's court, but there have been far more villains coming Yellow's court,so as far as people are concerned Yellow's court are the badguy gems and she's the Big Bad,plus she appeared in the extended intro as looming over her gems so she is the bigbad
have a listen and have a link to my discord serverMaybe I should have put "far less" in the place of "No reason" bah, the one time I restrain my editing
plus all the reasons I outlined above and
-The cluster she wanted to emerge so it would destroy the earth
-Lack of anything where she's been humanised,Blue has had plenty

have a listen and have a link to my discord serverIt's pretty lame that you "have" to keep saying that...
But whatever gets the point across...

All the time. Who even knows why?

Nah, people here have been saying variations of that exact thing for a while...since that song.
It's been infrequent, but still there.

Also true. Plus in "That Will Be All", she switched pretty quickly from weepy, mourning sister to murderous dictator when Holly Blue told her that Sapphire made a delivery that she never asked for. So, I mean... she's still pretty malevolent.

When we're done, there won't be anything left.

In case anyone followed a link to the CN website for "Stuck Together" and it turns out blank, that's because they change the URL to add "Wanted Part 1".
