It doesn't have to be Holly Blue that squeals to the Diamonds,if they already know the rebels are now active thanks to Navy then it makes sense to sure up loosely guarded areas like the Zoo
They could probably connect that one visit to zoo to the rebels they know are now existent anyway

They don't have any reason to make that connection to the space station though because they're not aware of any breach, and Navy doesn't know about it either.
Also with how many Amethysts are there, I wouldn't call it loosely staffed. That and I don't think they're allowed to harm the humans in the Zoo probably. They could be overwhelmed with a big enough disruption.

It's really frustrating to read stuff like that where the writer just flagrantly ignores all subtext present and decides that their own interpretation is obvious and unanimous when they're ignoring so many things that would answer all of their complaints and make them happy if they just cared enough to look for them.
I wouldn't be surprised if Holly Blue ultimately revealed to the Diamonds what happened in the Zoo. Just saying.
Also, ultimately, I think forcing the Zoomans to leave would be as bad as forcefully keeping them in. Although I do think it's important to offer them the choice of leaving (and thus present to them the idea of the world outside the zoo), it's important to highlight that there's a reason we just don't go around the world finding isolated tribes and showing the our ways. Anymore. Again, you could argue someone already did that (read: Homeworld) and thus the Gems would be exempt of blame in introducing the outside world to the Zoomans.
"Well, at least they have the option."
...to leave.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. She has a very good reason not to bring it up, and the Diamonds have no reason to bring it up.

If Holly is going to tell any Diamond it's going to be her Diamond, and since Blue Diamond is clinging to Pink Diamond's memory vier the zoo she may withhold the information from Yellow just so she can cling to her memory a little longer.I don't think Holly would even contemplate telling Yellow since Blue would then have to punish her..along with all the Amethysts
have a listen and have a link to my discord serverWell, she's risking a lot by keeping the information hidden, but if, say, the Rubies inform the Diamonds about the Gems' hijinks on Earth, Holly might feel like she has no choice but to tell the Diamonds what happened because sooner or later that'll come out. Or she arrives at that point by herself, deciding the Diamonds are more important than herself. I'd call it honor before reason if I was more sure which option sounds the most reasonable. From a Doylist perspective, it sounds like a good way to create conflict and an unexpected one too, that gives Holly an interesting dimension.
I'm not saying that will happen, I'm saying I won't be surprised if it does. I also won't be surprised if it doesn't.
That Rose pic makes me think of Rosaria
◊ from Dark Souls III.
I was reading an article about off-shore wind farms when I noticed the plan on the map shows the power cord going between Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach, two places that Beach City was based on. Then I remembered Ronaldo's line about "subsidized Beach City wind farm" that he thought the Hand Ship was interfering with.
Random thought I just had but since gems grow in size when they fuse it's probably possible for gems to grow to point where they are almost the size of a small planet, but you would need a lot of gems for that, unless there's certain point where gems just stop growing.
Really though,planet/moon sized probably aren't likely to happen though, unless you count the cluster trying to emerge, which probably is planet sized, hence why it could destroy the Earth because it really is that big.
have a listen and have a link to my discord serverThe Keep Beach City Weird book came out today. It's pretty amusing, if a bit light—kind of like making up the blog posts which became way less frequent mid-season two.
I just wonder, given its length, why it took so long to come out. It was announced back in July of last year, but you'd think it was written back then and set halfway into three (the most recent episode referenced is "Crack the Whip", all the pictures of Amethyst still have her second outfit, and Ronaldo still doesn't know the Crystal Gems' names).

> Because if they have to bring back a bunch of people back anyway, they might as well right?
For some sort of final i can them see them assaulting the zoo and being treated to it's destruction and hopefully getting the zoomans out in time
Also I think the barn won't survive either
