I understand PPG getting that high...it's better than this show.
But this is better than TTG...

No you dont, please stop randomly saying things like that. Its REALLY annoying.
And PPG 2016 doesnt get better ratings than Steven Universe. Dont make stuff up please.
EDIT: Didnt see that Tumblr entry. FUCK. Oh well, its only till April, then CN will get the true ratings from the newly implemented Total Content initiative.

As long as this flower is in my heart. My Strength will flow without end.Why would PPG and TT Go be beating Steven in ratings?
The comedy in the first two shows being more crass?
Steven getting a rep that would preclude certain parents from letting their kids watch it.
My theories anyway.

CN apparently didn't advertise the episode very well or at all?
If you're going to have a show that airs new content very sparsely you need to make a huge deal about it

Forever liveblogging the AvengersWhen CN wants you to see something...they'll make sure everyone knows about it.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I'm kind of restating what others have said here, but I imagine the drop is from poor advertising and a lot of people Rage Quitting after "Rocknaldo".

Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Please don't let SU be Screwed by the Network.
But I liked Rocknaldo. I thought it was very friendly and constructive. Also, it was hilarious seeing Steven fall for Ronaldo's arguments and only realize a while later that they were bunk "Hey waaait a minute...!"
Personally, I took the criticism to heart: I myself tend to make groups be about me, immediately seek leadership positions despite being a newcomer, then neglect those responsibilities when they don't give me the immediate gratification I look for. I also enjoy yelling at people, bossing them around, and scolding them when they mess up.
I'm making progress in growing out of that shit, though. It was interesting to see those tendencies reflected and exaggerated in a fictional character.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.It seems pretty intentional that none of these"slice of Beach City life" episodes are ever really apart of the bomb weeks.

Is there an issue with the ratings of the show?
