Popularity only makes the leaks better known and more likely to be ripped.
This actually happens a lot with other CN shows (they put like four episodes of Gumball on the website early last year), it's just talked about less because the show is popular and has so much (expectation of) continuity.
I just watched the leaks. A lot of HSQ, plenty of plot, and a lot of groundwork for future episodes. Heck, the symbolism in the last minute of the fifth episode alone, I could write a thinkpiece on.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.
To be fair, they had a point. I didn't hate the show or anything, but I just felt it was spending too much time with the Slice of Life side of things and not enough time with the plot. I'm not saying it needs to have a plot element per minute, but we're a whopping four seasons in by now. By this point, you'd think we'd be getting things moving, but it kept spending more time with standalone episodes than anything else, or at least it seemed like it.
Now things have finally gotten moving again and I'm a very happy man, but the question is just how long this is going to last. What I'd honestly like to see is something like this: Five episodes of the ongoing story, one Beach City breather episode, five more episodes of the ongoing story, one more Beach City breather episode, etc. But I guess that just shows what my preferences are more than anything else.
Gem Harvest would probably count as two episodes like Bismuth did, so that means we have eleven episodes left of Season 4. Given the whole season rearrangement that CN did, I'm thinking the finale will be similar to Message Received or Ocean Gem, possibly a two parter as well.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?People really jumped the gun when the Seasonal Rot complaints started pouring in. No more than 8 episodes of Slice of Life and there's many well-received episodes and character moments. As has been said before a few times now, any pacing problems aside from personal taste are more about the scheduling than anything the show's doing in particular.
Two in a row.
From when the plot kicked in...any breather episodes should be alternated 2-1...
True, they don't need quite as many...but not so little either.

But good explanation.

Well, she threw him by his left arm, but later the kid has a cast on his right arm. It seems to me that which hand a person uses is one of the most likely things to be screwed up. I don't think animators decide if a character is left or right handed and instead just draw whatever feels better for a single shot, regardless of what arm that character has used in the past.
The arm they land on...?

Because if Homeworld had accurately predicted when the Cluster would hatch then they would have been sending the Rubies to a bunch of rocks that used to be a planet. If the Cluster hatched sooner than everyone thought then the Rubies' mission, and other things, make a lot more sense.
I believe she said the other cluster gem mutants were emerging early, which might have reflected on the Cluster itself.
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged Men

It contains quite a few moments we've all talked about wanting in a future episode.
