"Hit the Diamond" is really good from the ones i've seen so far. A good showcase of everyone while bringing in some cool newbies.
"House Guest" is a good example for worst episode, if only because it makes Greg out to be an asshole when he never moves south of being well-meaning in any other instance.
That's an exaggeration...his behavior is bad, but just in an inconsiderate way.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. If he had his healing powers he would have fixed that warp pad Peridot wanted him to fix, that would have enabled her to escape and keep helping Yellow Diamond in her vendetta against Earth...
...Not that this excuses anything. I love Greg but he wasnt right by doing that.
As long as this flower is in my heart. My Strength will flow without end.He fixed a teddy bear...

New Lars is an awful episode.
My various fanfics.A bit late, but my least favorite episode would probably be "Steven and the Stevens." The ending where countless timelines (and all the residents of each) are destroyed. The show doesn't dance around what happens; it isn't really any different from death, as seen how terrified the Stevens are. And Steven calling it such. It all seems like it would be from a much darker show.
I typically enjoy dark humor, but it doesn't feel like it fits here.

I have too many favourite episodes to count, honestly. They usually fit into at least one of these categories: being hilarious, making me cry, having great songs and/or fitting a metric shit ton of queer themes past the CN censors.
Say Uncle was a waste of 11 perfectly good minutes of my life, yes, but it also gave me a whole folder of Pearl reaction images, so it's definitely not all bad

I don't get hating an episode. Disliking sure, but "hate" just isn't a word in my vocabulary. Well, it is, but rarely, and certainly not over a tv show.
Even if cringe comedy isn't my favorite type of humor, I recognize that personal taste aside the execution was fine, and for what it's worth, found it funnier on a rewatch.
I can't pick a favorite. I'm glad Peridot's now in the background somewhat, I like her character, but it feels like the fandom oversaturates her presence sometimes. Her arc was a necessary and well-written part of the show and it makes perfect sense why there's no break between beginning and end, but even so it was a lot of Trianglegreen in such a space.
I think she tends to work best in medium-sized doses.
I really hated "House Guest." Definitely my least favorite episode.
Geez, I don't know if I can pick a favorite episode! I like so many. "Mindful Education" was amazing, so was "On the Run" and "The Answer" and "Hit the Diamond" and "Mr. Greg", the Amethyst arc was really awesome... okay, if I continue, I'll just end up listing every episode.
When we're done, there won't be anything left.My own beef with Steven and the Stevens, which I had forgotten when considering episodes, is less about its darkness and more a feeling that Steven's Acquired Situational Narcissism seemed out of character for him, even the doofy early series Steven.
That does seem to happen a lot...

I have no problem with Steven doing dumb or negative things. One thing I"ve come to really like about SU is how Steven becomes ever more competent, and I liked Beach City Drift (which is also arguably out of character for Steven with his hatey-hate for Kevin). That particular case just doesn't fit Steven in any sense to me.
my least favorite would be new lars, I mean I dislike historical ficcion and dropbeat dad because they are bland as hell and almost filler but The new lars sound have Steven take over his body and that been treat as good thing, it reminds me to fairy goodparent episode where Timmy wished he never existed, also I feel the episode make steven waaaaay dumber by puting back to "OH GOD, I NEW POWER DDDDDD:" it reaaaaally annoying that episode
Now the other episodes already mentions...I like fusion cusine....EXCEPT the dinner part which I fine another tirin "pretend game" plot I never like but Garnet punish Steven from 1000 years was Hilarious
Sworn to the sword is pretty much one of my favorite episodes, I feel that Pearl is the most intersting Gem because of how many storyline she can create with her issues while Amathys always back with her self steem and Garnet is just one trick poni
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Dropbeat Dad is a big pile of boring wasted potential. It could have been a great opportunity to develop Sour Cream and his relationship with his father and Yellowtail, and it's absolutely nothing. Vidalia doesn't even get a line! Likewise Onion Gang might as well not have happened. It's like the Crewniverse is deathly afraid of making Onion an interesting character or something. Oh and that one about Smiley that I couldn't even bring myself to watch because I was so bored. Beach City Drift wasn't bad but it could have been a lot more.
New Lars is probably one of the few bad episodes in the whole series. I like that Steven ruins things in a bid to help because it was starting to grate seeing Steven be a magical wunderkind who can solve every problem with the grace and maturity expected from a 14-year old, but it was so mean spirited. Nothing happened except for 11 minutes of Lars getting punched in the teeth.
Season 3 was kind of a mixed bag for me. It has some of the weaker episodes in the series, an then it has absolute high points like Bismuth, Mr. Greg, Last One Out Of Beach City, Kindergarten Kid, and Alone at Sea.

...and they're all about humans, what a surprise.

My top five are probably Mindful Education, the Answer, Sworn to the Sword, Lion 3, and Mr. Greg.
There's some recency effect going on to be honest. But if an episode has a song its probably going to be one of my favorites.
