If that's the kind of fluff they were talkin' about, the Jasper gem's hair isn't getting the attention it deserves.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. To discuss the earlier topic, while I don't hate the current batch of episodes (I like a lot of them actually), I do think we need to get an actual.... plot happening. This is the first time since S 1 A that there haven't been any really pressing concerns. We have no idea on how corruption is cured or when Steven'll even been able to attempt it. YD is completely in the dark about.... everything, and honestly even if she did know I don't see what she'd do but send more forces (because I really doubt YD herself would go to Earth).
I'm sure there's a grander plan in this all, it's just weird being so in the dark about it all.
After getting a new episode every week day for a month, I'm not bothered if the show takes awhile to revisit the main plot. It'll be awhile before I start feeling anxious for more plot progression.
I will say that I think the human-focused episodes in the first season were, on average, more interesting than the human episodes we've been getting recently. They felt more insightful, and lately the episodes feel like they don't have the same passion put into them. It's as if they're being written just to fill a quota of self-contained episodes, before we get back to the stuff the writers really care about.
Heh. Slice.

Sorry I didn't answer earlier, was asleep.
@New Jaspers: I would be okay with the better representation, but I would still be upset. Jasper was originally my favorite character because of her design, voice, and personality. But now she's my favorite because of how much I see myself in her.
So another Jasper wouldn't be the same, just like how someone who loves Ruby wouldn't necessarily view Doc with the same amount of passion.
I'm betting that we'll get more involved with corruption and healing this season. We got another episode with Centipeedle last season, then ended on an arc involving Jasper corrupting as well. It's building up to something, and I think we'll see that soon.
Edit: Apparently there was an extended version of Gem Harvest's clip at a convention today. It's also going to be a 30 minute special, like Bismuth.
Jasper redemption time please?

Well, Crying Breakfast Friends certainly seems to foreshadow Jasperedemption, anyway.
Oh no. A flashback episode about the three/four Crystal Gems trying to take care of baby Steven? Tears EVERYWHERE. The question is: is 'Ready For This' sung just from Pearl's perspective, or from all of them? Personally, I'm hoping for the latter; I don't think we've ever had a song just sung by Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl, outside of the intro.

Here's the song. Tom Scharpling sings some of it.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Only in the 2nd version...and he doesn't have to count that.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. So, I came across this post
criticizing the Sardonyx arc (which was basically like forever ago, like, dang, how long ago did that arc air again?) for basically ignoring Garnet's feelings and solely focusing on Pearl's feelings and making it seem like Garnet was being ridiculous and unfair in withholding her forgiveness, and also for having no one really be there for Garnet and lots of people be there for Pearl. On one hand, I get where they're coming from in that, yeah, it really wasn't fair that Garnet had to deal with being hurt and used on such a deep level all by herself. Pearl had Amethyst on her side, understanding Pearl's side of the situation. Who did Garnet have? No one, really, and that's not quite fair. But on the other hand, I'm not sure that I see how Garnet not forgiving Pearl right away was made to seem wrong. The post mentions Keystone Motel as an example, claiming that Steven called Ruby and Sapphire out for being childish, when... that's not really what happened? IIRC, Steven was upset mainly because Ruby and Sapphire were fighting with each other, and the problem was that they were handling the situation in vastly different ways. And, when they resolved their conflict, Garnet still didn't forgive Pearl, and that wasn't portrayed as bad, really.
What do you guys think?
(Also, I hope this doesn't count as importing drama or anything. It's not about the fandom, it's about the show itself, so I figured it didn't count as that, but I don't know. :/ )
When we're done, there won't be anything left.

Her goal was revenge (closure), she didn't care about the actual mission.
