So according to TV guide and Zap2it, it looks like there's no new episode next week, and the show's timeslot will be taken over by new We Bare Bears episodes.
Any schedule that isn't listing episode names isn't final and that press release said new episodes up to September 15th.

Sadly, no "Love Like You".

Bismuth's all are great. Especially the epic "Breaking Point", clocking in at over 6-18.

Is no one going to talk about Stevonnie wearing Yellow Diamond insignia?

They were wearing Steven's t-shirt under Connie's gi. Because of the shape of the gi's neckline, it looked like the top point of the star was a diamond. It likely wasn't intentional.

Gems came early enough in human history that it wouldn't be impossible for them to simply not realize humans were anywhere near as intelligent as gems.
In fairness to the humans at the time, while gems had space travel, their weapons weren't exactly much different from what humans had. The gem war would have taken place during the bronze age, and possibly part of the iron age, depending on how long the war went.

By that point in time, humans would have also had proto-writing, year round agriculture, governments, and even some empires.

Weren't the gems here around 6,000 BCE with the rebellion happening within a few centuries of their arrival? At that point we did indeed have the beginnings of civilization, but nothing that would make us seem any less like ants to a type II civilization.

The Breaking Point is such a foreboding song. Freaking wow. It's like a song for a boss battle on steroids.

I wonder who he is. Usually guess stars are used for fusions or Bismuth. I would say a Greg/Steven fusion, but if that screenshot depicts the character in question, he doesn't look like either of them particularly.

That doesn't look fusion at all.

We don't know when they first got here, but the rebellion started about 6000 years ago, not 6000 BCE. Though that's still about 1000 years before the Bronze Age for any place on Earth.

[up][up]The show's had guest stars that weren't fusions, Jon Wurster being the most obvious.

...I think he's voicing Mike Krol.

No, I mean like, his picture in that article looks just like Mike Krol in SU's art style.

The tweet says it's him in cartoon form. So that's a very safe assumption...

Can't say this means anything to me. I have no idea who this guy is, and I'm not really interested enough to find out.

Or it could just mean he'll be Ink-Suit Actor, like Mayor Dewey.

That doesn't sound very likely to me. I think they would just name drop the character he's playing in the show if that were the case.
