It's a start...hopefully Stephen feeds her brownies.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. The episode that caught my interest was the first episode I remember watching, Coach Steven. However I didn't actively start watching it until after I was done binging Gravity Falls.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.As I mentioned way back when
, I'd basically guessed that Rose "became" Steven, but I didn't expect the show to acknowledge such or to have so much pathos behind it.
Put another way, it's when I realized that, even when your theory turns out to be correct (because it's a sensible conclusion to make), the show will still surprise you.
Hmm. The moment I decided I was interested in the show beyond just checking out the first episode was the moment Pearl snapped the centipeetle spawn's neck. The episode that got me to stay? Giant Woman, probably. It doesn't really matter, since I had resolved to binge the entire series anyway.
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenI gotta say I was mostly on and off with this show untill "Mirror Gem". Since that was the episode which finally brought in the Myth Arc
GUNDAMU GUNDAMUI didn't really watch it at all for a while, but I knew of it. I always thought it seemed pretty dumb from the ads, but when Mirror Gem/Ocean Gem debuted I decided to give it a shot.
Those are actually still tied for my my favorite episode. It was absolutely beautiful. The scenes where Lapis reformed on the beach with mirrored eyes, and the water pillar made a huge impression.
And to make up for all the times i've wished for Jasper to be killed have this nice picture I found of them being redeemed

have a listen and have a link to my discord serverI honestly don't remember what my first episode was. I had a friend showing me clip compilations on You Tube before I really starting watching in earnest, and then I went and did a broadcast-order Archive Binge.
I know I've been quiet since my first few posts in this thread, but "Mindful Education" was kind of the right scenario at the right time for me. I've had a lot of worrisome things on my mind lately, and it helped me process them a little better, in a "step back for moment, breathe, assess, breathe some more" fashion.
It's good to have people you can talk to about such things.

Possible Jasper redemption arc?
Warning, pretty pictures.
