@other: Personally I'd be more surprised if the diamonds could be dealt with like an ordinary gem, rather than, idk, having to cast their gem into the Fires of Mount Doom to kill them than the converse.

Sapphy was shorter than Blue Pearl.
Yeah it was an error, a scaling fail on that scene.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.According to a short, the height of a fusion is the heights of all the fusees added together. So, assuming/approximating some heights here:
Yellow Diamond: 25 feet tall
Alexandrite: 17'1"
Sardonyx: 13'6"
Malachite: 13'2"
Sugilite: 11'1"
Opal: 9'7"
Rose Quartz: 8'
Jasper: 8'
Garnet: 7'6"
Smokey Quartz: 7'3"
Pearl: 6'
Lapis: 5'2"
Amethyst: 3'7"
Steven: 3'6"
or heights are just borked, because some of those make no sense whatsoever.
That statement would only be accurate in the shorts where the characters are cheeby-chibi sized.

She looks almost as big as Alexandrite.
