Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice."he got sucked into Meat Beat Mania because it fed her constant praise, not that it presented a challenge in any way, shape or form. "
really? I think was because it keep going, feed her in a loop as she keep in the highest score
"Garnet has to contribute to those attitudes herself, doesn't she?"
Garnet contribue with her raw power, something she pick from Ruby as whole, Garnet kind of adrenaline junkie as is clear she enjoy fighting
"how is Smoky Quarts weaker than Garnet?"
Yeah the conflict in this episode is just weird as shit.
Now going to the whole "what is the best gem" when it come to storyline I will go with Pearl, who personality is endering but she is massive flawed chararter who need much healing, also she have two of best episode(rose scarbard and Mr Greg) compare to that Amathyst is Meh at best(and I dont forgive what she did to Greg, that was a HUGE dickmove)
But in term of being entraing? Peridot, her grow is so damn amazing and is joy to watch.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"At the risk of applying Dragonball Z Power Level logic, either Jasper got a lot weaker between her fight with Garnet and her fight with Smoky Quartz, or Smoky should be stronger than Garnet. Hell, Amethyst is stated to be almost as strong as Garnet on her own.

Not to the main characters, yeah.
Everyone else is up for grabs, maybe the Peridot...or even the Ruby...or Jaspee.

Well, duh, she has 3 arms and Garnet has two.
In seriousness Smokey Quartz's weapon makes it really easy to smack Jasper in the face, which judging by the episode is still her weakness, despite her helmet protecting it. Seemed like Jasper was stopping to check if her gem was alright a couple times. Or at least getting hit in the face seemed to stun her.

Maybe Stephen made the fusion weaker.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I think the game was engaging of Ganet and I dont feel she is type of chararter who back off on anything, as Ruby said "Im a eternal flame baby!"
Now Im going to talk about a sensitive topic: about bismuth and their unfortune implication of being butch women, black code and in sort a "angry black protester"
But I have to think about it...and isnt deliberate?
I mean, the episode central theme is that Rose no only bubble her RIGHT away but dont tell anyone, you can read that as erasing Bismuth legacy or her agency in the matter, as Bismuth mention plenty of time, the idea of DO thing because YOU can, Rose can be seen as lider of any revolution who overstep other voice because she deems necesary.
Granted is little bit off base, but Im just saying
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Honestly, with this show, just see Bismuth's body shape fitting the mold for the blacksmith role and her probably being "black coded" to fit the actress. That it comes together to make her antagonistic role come off as "angry radical black protester stereotype" to some people, is unfortunate, but I doubt is intentional.
Still, it all comes down to what happens the next time she shows up. I wouldn't be surprised with this revelation about Rose and PD is what spurs Steven to want to unbubble her at some point.
While I can understand seeing Bismuth's character that way, and won't tell people not to do so, I personally think that it's a little bit of a stretch. The only thing that's coding Bismuth as black is her hairstyle and her voice actress. I'm not gonna say those are utterly meaningless or anything, and I can see where the interpretation comes from, I just don't think the implications are particularly strong. I suppose I should offer a disclaimer though and say the only gem I identify as any particular ethnicity is Garnet, so that probably colors the way I see these things.

I do think is intencional, first its show Bismuth with all positive trait of protester: she speak well of Amathyst with any him of her being "diferent"(which is WAAAAY better than Pearl or even Garnet) greet Steven pretty well and made good coment of Garnet being a fusion, she praise Rose for shatter the old order and daring to be what she want it to be, even them the main conflict seen that Rose erase Bismuth voice and legacy because they disagree on something

"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Since Ruby is voiced by the same woman who does Chloe I could see her as Korean, but that's more associating her with the actress than something I'd pick up just from looking at Ruby. Sapphire is sort of "blackish" to me, if that makes sense, but not nearly as noticeably as Garnet.

I dont see Amathyst as black code, but that is more because of her chararter being the big sis of the group, for some reason it remind me of DJ of full house.
Saphire dosent strike me as black code ether, maybe by her aristocrat demenor
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"This is probably very serious.
Everyone is black but Pearl and YD.
