Okay, then why would you say that?

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I will be very curious to see if that arm is a staple, or if it's just because it was a first time fusion.
Read my stories!Considering how........handy was that thing, I hope it can be a staple.
Stephen now needs a shirt that's at least 3 times his size, because it'll make the fusion look better.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. It'd be pretty easy to justify Steven uncorrupting Jasper soon without bringing up why he can't fix the othere and have the armies.
1. Bubbles seem to just pause everything about a Gem. Jasper hasn't been in a continunious corrupted state for long.
2. If it's by Astral Projection that'd be an easy way of safely helping her come to peace of mind, as well as consult her abandoment issues without the risk of being crushed. It'd also work since Steven can't seem to directly control it.
... A thing I noticed: Pearl and Peridot both just assumed that any unknown gem is a "she".
I guess if anyone was still doubting whether gems are a One-Gender Race, they can stop.
she her hers hOI!!! i'm tempe- Fusions often have extra pairs of arms, but Steven is only half-gem. 3/4 gem = 3 arms instead of four
- The feeling that allowed them to fuse was that they both felt like misfits—Amethyst for being "defect", Steven for being half-human (or more precisely, not being Rose). Smoky Quartz's split arm looks like a deformity, but she manages to work with it.
x4 They all do that.
x5 The conjoined arms weren't really a problem.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I've always wondered if Steven being part Gem means that it's harder for him to access universal Gem powers, or if there's some things that he'll simply never be able to do as well as a natural Gem. If it's the latter, then I would assume that every Gem fusion he's a part of is going to be somewhat misshapen.
First Time fusion is cause over Half-human being cause for odd looking fusion.

Boy howdy.
Lapis kept the leaf. Lapis' most treasured possession is a leaf that Steven accidentally swallowed then hacked up.
I'm surprised Lapis and Peridot get along so well already. I wasn't expecting this comic of Zuke's
◊ to be more or less canon.
SMOKY QUARTZ! I figured Amethyst would be the first Gem to fuse with Steven way back in the first half of Season 1, given their similar personalities. Their long-delayed appearance didn't disappoint. Though, in hindsight, the dialogue leading up to the fusion felt a little hackneyed.
I kinda wanted to see more of the Jasper/Corruption fusion. Fuck, poor Jasper, though. Her voice cracking toward the end of her rant got me.
I know a lot of people are saying Jasper slashing Steven when he tried to heal her was just due to Don't You Dare Pity Me!, but I dunno. The camera focusing on Steven's spit-covered hand right before Jasper lashed out makes me wonder if Jasper had an experience with Rose using her powers in a less savory way.

randomness: On earth, yeah. We don't know what she was doing on homeworld.
Read my stories!
