Well, I mean, it's Steven. He gets things done, but he's not necessarily cool about it. I'm not surprised that his first Gem fusion is awkward. And he fused with Amethyst, so who wouldn't expect their fusion to be goofy?
I wonder who the Steven/Garnet fusion will be? It seems Roses fusions follow and X Quartz pattern so maybe Drusy Quartz?
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing. Why does Fusion only have 3 arms? That's my only beef.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.@Me Quartz: I like the color, design, weapon etc. (though the clothing could be a bit more Amethyst). The one thing that bithers me is the half arm they have going on. Either a full third arm or some other number of arms, but one growing out of another just weirds me out.
@Jasper: I expect her to get uncorrupted soon because it's probably much easier to heal someone when the damage is new. What didn't work for Centipeedle may work for Jasper (plus Steven knows the uncorrupted Jasper better, so he can probably help her go back to her old self easier, and she was corrupted by a corruption rather than the diamonds.)
- Peridot's first Fusion will be with: Garnet (To show that she's fully accepted Garnet for who she is.)/Amethyst (Because Amethyst seems to be the Crystal Gem she has the best relationship with.)/Lapis (To go full circle and show that while she originally didn't care about Lapis at all that much that she now considers her a friend.)
- The Diamonds (re-)appearing include: Yellow Diamond because she's the one with the most build up thus far.
- Lion is: An extension of Rose's Room that she created to help Steven.
- Pearl belonged to: Blue Diamond (Her being Rose's would be full of unfortunate implications and while Pink Diamond is an option Pearl's main color is /blue/.)
- The opening sequence will change: To show Amethyst new design as well as Peridot and Lapis. The latter two wo't have their names included though.
- Peridot will be poofed and get a Crystal Gem redesign/Peridot's star will be: I don't expect this to ever happen. Peridot doesn't need a redesign.
- More Homeworld Gems will come to Earth: No clue. I don't know enough about gems to say.
- Centipeetle is a(n): Nephrite or Trapiche Emerald
- What did Rose do to Pink Diamond: Shattered her, albeit unintentionally.
- Will Jasper return, and what will she do: No because she's an enemy so she'll remain bubbled.
- Will Bismuth return, and what will she do: Yes and she'll join the Crystal Gems after Garnet and Pearl talk some sense into her.

@Heatth: Hi. I tend to lurk more these days. I have this thread on my watchlist tho
I think it's been established that Steven's healing powers just won't cut it. They need something more. Like, if they wanted him to be capable of saving her as he is now, I don't see why they wouldn't just have him do it in this episode.
And saying Steven can get Jasper back because she knows him seems really off base to me. Not only is their relationship bad but it's built on a fundamental misunderstanding. I don't see why the source of her corruption should matter.

I liked the design. The 2.5 arms got across the unintentional nature of the fusion. The next time they appear, they'll probably either have 2 or 4. The voice actress also really sounded like a blend between Steven and Amythest.
The only thing I wanted to bring up was that I thought the clothes were a bit weird for the character design. They looked several sizes too small on them. They seemed to make them look bigger than they were.
I will admit, seeing their first appearance made my heart skip a beat. Now it's essentially confirmed that Steven's at least going to fuse with Garnet and Pearl some way down the line.
Edit: Forgot the "multiple person" pronouns

Bubbled is just another word for Bottle...that's the type of episode it is.
It's a metaphor.

Quick question: If Jasper was supposed to be the perfect quartz solider, why was she assigned to something as mundane as a bodyguarding a Peridot doing maintenance? It was implied that Peri's superiors didn't believe her when she said there were gems on Earth. YD didn't mention knowledge of other gems when Peri contacted her, and that's definitely something she would have asked about. So the mission didn't seem to be all that important, just a quick check on the status of the Cluster. Why did they need the perfect solider for that?
The status doesn't matter...she's just another Quartz to the Diamondo. It's probably a sign that she has an ego.
Jaspee was suppose to protect P-dot from any enemies...while she checks on the Cluster.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. This would also explain her hardcore espousing of homeworld values. Compensation and trying to get to be a more higher ranking quartz.
Read my stories! She's just trying to get stronger...not change her rank.
