Greg got tall.
And lost a quarter of his hair.
Presumably by eating it.
EDIT: Also, yeah, so is Greg a giant? He's almost as tall as Rose.

My various fanfics.5 years, that's more than enough time to pack on the pounds. Unless you just mean his hair?
He didn't get taller, he's still the same height...

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. Some people in the subreddit were comparing baby Sour Cream's face to another particular face, and I couldn't resist

The promo image for "Greg the Babysitter."
One, the text below HAS to be a reference to this scene in Ninja Turtles II.
Second; who's the kid with the glasses? Is that Buck?
They shared a mutual hatred. And maybe a friend? I can't tell if Amethyst and Vidalia became friends yet at this point.
In hindsight, it's really weird that Steven never met Vidalia until he chased Onion into her house, especially in a town this tiny,

She's already got lines on her face...they had to have been friends at this point.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. Now that we're officially in the clam before the storm, I guess we can talk about miscellaneous things.
I wonder if Season 4 is going to have a Lower-Deck Episode, focusing on all of the Beach City extras (that haven't had lines), and how they're affected by the Crystal Gems and their antics. You could have it transition from person to person by having Steven interact with them.
Looking at the map of Beach City
◊, it's clear there's at least fifty people living there, so it wouldn't be hard to explore that.
You know what I'm kinda cheesed about?
Tumblr blowing up about literally everything from this episode except shirtless Young Greg.
My various fanfics.![]()
An interesting idea, but aren't events almost always depicted as being from Steven's perspective? How would they portray that?
I suppose they could make it a one episode thing...

Oh God! Natural light! They live on a beach, they could probably find some clams to use during a storm.

But then it would set a precedent that episodes don't have to be from Steven's perspective, and I don't know if the creators want that.
Maybe Steven learns to dial down his possession powers, and just literally switches between multiple people's perspective over the day without taking over their body.
EDIT: That typo's too good to edit out.

"The cruelest thing you can do to an artist is tell them their work is flawless when it isn't." -Ben "Yahtzee" CroshawAn episode where Stephen could see how people act when he isn't...observe their normal lives?
Something like that could be interesting.

Yeah, like he bumps into someone in the day, thinks about them while he's sleeping, then wakes up in their body. Only this time, he's not controlling their body. At best, he's just a voice in their head. Then he realizes that he's stuck in their body since he can't just go to the house to wake himself up. But he's able to change the person he sees from when they think about them. So, he keeps trying to change from person to person until someone thinks about him. Maybe his attempts could last longer than a day.
You could call it something like "Six Degrees of Steven Universe".
EDIT: Oh, and just to give the episode that arc to it, you could start it with Connie asking Steven if he wants to hang out, and Steven saying he's going for another "Me Day", and turning her down. Then, towards the end, he's able to mind shift into Connie, then see that Steven takes up a considerable part of her thoughts. So when he gets back into his body, the next day, he does something he's never done before: ask Connie out on a date.
EDIT 2:
I don't think so. Jasper is just power crazy, not necessarily in love with Lapis. Plus, she doesn't really have the whole cute and innocent facade. Now, those fanfics I've read heard of where Pearl kills Greg in an Alternate Universe, that would fit the definition better.

"The cruelest thing you can do to an artist is tell them their work is flawless when it isn't." -Ben "Yahtzee" CroshawI'm probably way, way, way, off base with this, but do you think that Jasper classifies as a yandere? (at least torwards Lapis).
GUNDAMU GUNDAMUWhen Amethyst explained to Steven how she knew Vidalia, she started by saying the two hanged around Greg, and then started to hang out without him. That implies they knew each other through Greg. So even if Vidalia and Amethyst already knew each other in this episode, Vidalia and Greg became friends before that.

If it wasn't for the depression clarifier, that would've been really weird to say...
Beautiful Gregory = Rosey's Death?
