So. Steven's been sorta helping the Gems and people throughout the show but this is one of the more active attempts he makes, isn't it?

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. If you mean as in "Pearl and Rose had a more substantial relationship than an intimate general/soldier one", about the only thing indicating very strongly up until this episode was a Word of God tweet, i.e nothing in the actual show as far as I could tell that wasn't just people speculating.

Not even Pearl singing about how she and Greg were fighting over her?
Forever liveblogging the AvengersGOOD LORD THAT PEARL SONG. I can't stop listening to it, it's so GOOD. And it keeps making me sad but I still want to keep listening because I love being sad.
Such a good episode. I've been waiting for my emotions to be trashed and this episode delivered.
When we're done, there won't be anything left.I remember crying while watching One Piece. You see, there was a doctor, a quack named Hiluluk, who was captured by the tyrannical king Wapol. But Hiluluk managed to give a speech about- well, you probably aren't interested in the details, but it really did make tears well up in my eyes.

I posted a bit prematurely, so I had to edit. To reiterate, this episode pretty much confirms it, but nothing in the previous episodes was very definitive in saying it, so if people weren't aware of that tweet they didn't necessarily have a strong reason to believe it outside of Alternate Character Interpretation or whatever.

The scabbard episode sort of strained the subtext. Too much buoyancy.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I've cryed several times watching something.
In a humorous recent moment, I cryed a shit-ton watching a Naruto Storm 4 mission where Kushina unjustifiably brutally beats up her husband & his students all because they decided to do a harmless birthday prank.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."

I think Toy Story 3's ending was the only piece of fiction to actually make me cry.
