Maybe? It's not exactly a widespread meme or anything. Still, if anyone wants to take a stab at it, I'd be glad to add my contributions.
Oh God! Natural light! Were you talking about an actually thing?
That wasn't just a long-winded improv skit?
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I was lost from the moment it started, to be honest.

I have a message from another time...You're right, she did...until brute force through her into the stable leg of an Injector.

We just need to know the time between then and when Lapis was captured that the war really got heated.
That little scene probably gave us the best impression of how things went down. The whole Rose and Pearl not being the entire rebellion was so subtly implied at times I've seen more than a few people claim seeing more Gems was an Ass Pull, since they seemed to have forgotten what was implied with the battlefield and Greg's speech.
And whatever the heck that Diamond nuke was.
I get the impression they were running from that more than the Crystal Gems themselves. Just launched a weapon and made a Rage Quit of the whole thing after seeding the Cluster. I wouldn't put it passed the Diamonds to have left those Gems too weak, damaged, or unworthy to get corrupted in the fallout.
In The Answer we see Pearl carving her way through Blue Diamond's retinue left and right, including a couple of what looked like Quartzes, like it was nothing. Sure, we know that they would've eventually lost that fight, but at the moment she was practically untouchable.
That "terrifying" reputation she had back then was well earned.

The poster pretty much gives away the premise...looks beautiful.

Guys do you think you should make a fake works page for this stuff?
