Spice is a taste like mint is a taste...

Kind of, but not really.

[up][up]She is certainly waifer thin.

Speakinf of Waifs, Rebel Pearl has the aura of a Mysterious Waif, as well as a Tyke-Bomb.

I guess all our gems have that aura until we get to know them... Homeworld tends to give people thousand-mile stares...

And I've been planning to watch it all day, only for it to slip my mind.

Oh well, I suppose piracy isn't that bad.

When was the last time we saw Connie, anyway? It's been a while.

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...

Lapis seems to have lost a bunch of fans who hate how they were wrong about her being the Pure, Elegant Lady of the group. Meanwhile, she's gained a bunch more due to being a walking salt mine (me included. It's hilarious.)

I'm so glad my wish came true.

To quote the other wiki: "The word waif (from the Old French guaif, stray beast) refers to a living creature removed, by hardship, loss or other helpless circumstance, from his or her original surroundings. The most common usage is to designate a homeless, forsaken or orphaned child, or someone whose appearance is evocative of same."

Most important thing in Barn Mates: Peridot has Camp Pining Hearts DVDs.

Multiple seasons.

And was only willing to give away the bad one.

I was angry when I read an SU writer dismiss the concept of physical media (when talking about how they don't care about where seasons begin or end). It's good to see that at least some people working on the show realize how convenient DVDs can be at times. No, I am not overly pissy.

Speaking of Camp Ping Hearts, I have to wonder what Lapis will have as hobbies. Beyond "lounge on the silo."

I'm kinda ambivalent on how Steven reacts to Lapis's bitterness towards Peridot. On one hand, it's pretty ridiculous to say: "Lapis, you should just forgive the person who imprisoned and interrogated you." You don't just get over that. On the other hand, Lapis did steal the ocean and tried to drown Steven and Connie, and he's friends with her.

Malachite actually absorbed all of the ocean's salt.

Imagine how salty Jasper will be.

[up][up]Did you miss how he just wanted Lapis to give her a chance? That's not outright forgiveness. That's the demand of effort to make a 2-way relationship start to work.

Besides, Steven also had to deal with the fallout from the Sardonyx incident, so he knows forgiveness doesn't come easy at all.

[up]You have an odd definition of "picture of Garnet". That be like if I found a picture of the five individual lion robots and called it a picture of Voltron.

The light in the sky might have been what caused the huge crater where Russia is supposed to be
The crater was on the map in the moon base, which was clearly made before Homeworld left.

(I'm late on this reply because I tried to write it earlier, then had to go.)

Steven's birthday I believe, whatever episode that was.
Going by the US broadcast, that was seven episodes ago. Her last appearance before that ("Nightmare Hospital") was seven episodes earlier, and the one before that ("We Need to Talk") was also seven episodes earlier.

Honestly, I'm considering just making a Gemsona named Halite, and having her be the saltiest gem ever.

I refuse to apologize for that pun
