Why she says use the d-pad even though there was no visible d-pad to use?
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. Why does Peridot know what a D-pad is?
I DEMAND A CLASSROOM GEMS SHORT ON PERIDOT LEARNING ABOUT VIDEO GAMES.
My various fanfics.Ok, let see:
With lapis...you could said that at worst which is sort of neutral evil: she dosent have any malevolent intent but is quick to rip people to shred of they get close to it, her flaw comes in not thinking much or just no plain carrying in her pain, so she dosent need to be redeem more than being understood which is usually Steven main talent(also, we need to know why the hell she end in the mirror in the first damn place)
Jasper....is dificult, because a) unlike any other chararer she dosent see to have any internal issue like the other and b) she have been nothing but an antagonist so far, even when she embrace fusion, it was in how much she enjoy kicking the asses of crystal gem(or in short, being stronger than them
) so whatever change to redemption need to first have someone treat her like a chararter instead of antagonist.
Now about Ronaldo....I have to side with Adric here, the episode about his conspiracy show him as harmless but also rather disfuncional as he since to have a certain narcisist bent: when Steven blow his "proof" he become depress about it and them show a very creepy and unstable response when he see "the truth", it was....weird
And about Peridot: yeah, where the hell she got that N64 controler? and why not play controler?, those are way cool >:c
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Steven has an N64, bros...
Important question answered.
She could've used the Game Cube controller, but it's whatever.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. He also had a Game Cube, which has a far superior controller scheme.
But it doesn't have a good d-pad.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Eh I liked it. Gamecube's got the most comfortable controller I've ever used. It's cute and small, just like those two so it's perfect.
Speaking of the drill, a friend who speaks Russian can confirm the labels on the drill are accurate. Hurray not every trace of Russian society has been wiped out by the Gems.
There were Russian labels on the Drill?
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.God Malachite looks weird.
Also. During the fight with Malachite the hammer from Sugilite's flail hit Malachite right in the nose.
So. If Jasper's gem is damaged at all. That'd be how.
I've had this one theory ever since they talked about the Diamonds on the show.
Obviously, Pink Diamond is no longer in power ( she's either in prison, in exile, or dead). But maybe the three remaining Diamonds now have different ideas on what to do with planets with life that could be colonized.
Yellow now hates non-Gem life so much after it "corrupted" a fellow Diamond that she just wants to destroy planets with life on them and colonize the lifeless ones.
White sees the potential for non-Gem life. Not to live and let live with them, but for the Gems to rule over. She would want to conquer Earth as opposed to colonize or destroy it.
And Blue realized what the Gems were doing to colonized planets, but she thinks Gems and non-Gems should not interact at all, and wants any and all Gems off of Earth.
Peridot and Jasper were just representatives of Yellow Diamond. If the other Diamonds caught wind of what's been going on on Earth, who knows who they would send and what they would do.
I think it would be a good way to make the Diamonds antagonists based out of a conflict of interest other than making them the standard "they'll destroy Earth if they win" evil empire.

"The cruelest thing you can do to an artist is tell them their work is flawless when it isn't." -Ben "Yahtzee" CroshawMy theory is that Blue went out like Tarkin at the end of the rebellions, which is why Homeworld and YD are so spiteful towards Earth: the Crystal Gems ruined their colonization efforts and had the gall to cause the death of a member of the authority, but as far as they knew all of the rebels died as well. So they took their outrage out by punishing the planet Earth itself.
With this idea, Blue Diamond would be an Arc Villain in any further stories about the rebellion days but would be long gone in the present.

I think I've found the dumbest Steven Universe theory ever: http://nyan-in-a-can.tumblr.com/post/144609132450/care-to-share-this-upsetting-theory
At least we can say they've not been aggressively taking over planets for tens of thousands of years. The ship's pre-rebellion before the Warp Pads were built, so my guess is they have to use sub-light or just at the speed of light in their ship drives to make it to a planet before they can bridge the gap with an extention of the Galaxy Warp.
You know I like Lapis, and I don't believe that theory's "evidence" is even remotely accurate, but part of me thinks that would actually be pretty interesting. I'd be genuinely surprised if Lapis decided to betray them, after what's happened with her and homeworld.
They'd have to give a good reason for it to happen though.

I'd like to know the story behind that N64 controller.
