[pquoteblock]]Say. did anyone get a 'Chrono Trigger' vibe in terms of music when the watermelon steven village showed up? Some of the music on that sounded similar from that game.[[/quoteblock]]
I've never played about Chrono Trigger specifically, but the music definitely gave me an RPG vibe. The first thing I thought was how much it sounded like RPG=esque "town" music.
I'm probably the only one who thinks this, but... Steven flying around on a magical journey with Lapis feels a bit too cheesy somehow. Still, she seems happy, so that's good.
"What's that shadowy place over there" HA Lion King reference tho.
@Jaspertale: She's not a human so most of the monsters wouldn't have a reason to attack her, so she wouldn't need to fight all that much. The ones that fight for other reasons (Flowey, Muppet) she'd probably (try) to crush though. Though I don't know if she'd win. Also the barrier would probably never be destroyed, so she'd be stuck there.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.The take off is kinda cheesy...it'll wear off quickly.
