Look at how Steven's watermelon society has grown without his direct attention and compare with Lapis who only makes a few water projections at any given time.
Added:
This isn't even counting the pre-Steven animated plants that have continued to be animated by the RQ.

I think what he means to ask, is "would Steven's Watermelons still be active if he was bubbled?" But he's asking it in the most roundabout way possible.
And I think, yes, they would still be active, probably. Steven's not controlling them mentally. clearly, since in the past they didn't listen to him. They have free will, and they've basically made their own society, and have their own lives. Or they've at least developed free will, since they left.
If I had to spend two hours in a cramped box listening to musack
, I'm pretty sure I'd murder Peridot.

Your momma's so dumb she thinks oral sex means talking dirty.
Your spoiler-marking is making people think you're talking about a future episode.

The Jaspertale meme has spread somewhat, and I keep seeing "Jasper slaughters everything, but I like to think Jaspertale would possibly be a pacifist run. She'd understand the concept of a non combatant and spare most things once she realized they were just trying to get a good look at her. The only ones in trouble are the Dog Crew (Doggo and Lesser Dog more likely to survive), Undyne (who, assuming Jasper spared the entire dog crew, would drop everything and start hero-worshipping the second Jasper summoned her helmet thing because ANIME IS TOTALLY REAL) and Knight Knight.

Going back a little bit, but...
Mercy and forgiveness are wonderful things, as is finding goodness in people. But there is a fine line between that and "you don't face the consequences so long as you feel bad."
SPEAKING OF UNDERTALE!
So my friend and fellow Troper, Rhyme Beat, is doing a Steven Universe and Undertale AU project—basically, the Undertale characters are swapped with SU characters, and the plot adjusts as necessary. The first released strip is here,
but I came in as proofreader a little after this point, and I can tell you that the comic just keeps getting better! I'll advertise here every time Rhyme releases a new part—stay tuned.
New clip, guys!

And it is gorgeous!
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell? The show's style is slightly different depending on the storyboard artist that does the episode. The story board artists for Back to the Barn, made Pearl's face a lot rounder, and more doughy than usual for example. Amethyst's hair is also a little different depending on the artist.
I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE. YAY
