Oh, yeah that might work.
Gems of the same category have all seemed to be the same build, so off the same model is positive.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. Is that like a double bandana?
That's redundant.

Leading to Jasper still being able to fight...and in slightly better condition. Even though she's outnumbered.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Isn't that headband just a headband? I always thought it was like a martial arts thing?
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Yeah, it is...I don't know why I thought it was a bandana.
They serve different purposes.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. But understanding Malachite as an abusive relationship is a bit of an oversimplification. Even if it started under those terms, going by what we've seen in Super Watermelon Island and what people like Garnet have said, it's more like codependency at this point. Not that Jasper's abuse shouldn't be noted, but when Malachite attacks the Crystal Gems that's both of them agreeing to fight.
Peridot discovers human reproduction.
I kinda love that description at the beginning.
"Cavernous sedimentary walls" is kinda the best description ever.
Little Rebellions
is the best fic.

But you can't trap someone in an abusive relationship. That's the thing, that's the deal. Malachite isn't held together by the weight of the sea. It's held together by their mutual hatred and fears and frustrations. All of Lapis's emotional baggage from being locked in a mirror, all of Jasper's hatreds and biases, their issues all tied up in one terrible relationship.
It's abusive, yes, but it's not just abusive.
I'm so sorry you had to see us like this. Just wait until the episodes come, it will be much worse.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Moving on, we now have official description for the episodes, and in classic Steven Universe style, they're as vague as possible: http://www.newsarama.com/29191-first-look-steven-universe-gets-in-too-deep.html
Super Watermelon Island: Steven finds out what happened to all those sentient watermelons he created.
Gem Drill: Steven takes a journey deep underground.
Same Old World: Steven flies around the world.
Barn Mates: Steven helps two friends get along at the barn.
Hit the Diamond: Steven and the Gems play an old fashioned game of baseball.

Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I know what it means, but it's still weird as hell referring to individuals as "relationships".
Based solely on the summaries (which can be misleading as all hell), I'm most excited for Hit the Diamond. Superpowered aliens playing Earth sports is never not hilarious.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.

I meant using the basic model for several gems in that category (Jasper and Amethyst for example). Those are a test because they are the same type of Gem.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.
