Oh man, had a dream last night whereI didn't notice the new episode went up and I watched it, and Peridot was opening the theme. Then I realized my brother was watching who hasn't finished season 1 yet, and I stopped watching; I realized it was a dream and woke up a few moments later.

I agree with that argument. I've read the GOT books and liked them, but I was completely turned off by the show Yes, I'm one of those pretentious book readers who dares comment on inconsistencies and things that the book handled better. And being "bitter" that they stripped the personality away from some of the most complex characters (pun intended) The fact that fans so often violate Moff’s Law and get mad at you for bringing up the book says a lot about the state of the show
