It's a theory some people have. I guess it appeals to people because it would end up being like a Wizard of Oz kind of deception. Also it explains why they were against mixed fusions, but then the show already pretty much explains that in the The Answer, so I don't get that part.
I think they're more intimidating being gems, that are just really powerful, personally.

The fandom thinks anything's a fusion. Remember how everyone for like two months insisted to hel and back that Jasper was totes a fusion you guys?
Regardless if the answer meant Diamonds are hard to poof in general or that getting the chance is all but impossible, the result's the same. Diamonds really, really don't like losing their positions. For Rose or Pink to potentially screw with that is hard core.
It's hard to say if Blue and White are still around. For all we know YD's just took up the position herself.
But Rose was clearly in the pre-revolution four diamond symbol which got Un-person treatment and replaced with three diamond symbol.
My sister's all caught up!!! We just spent three hours on the phone talking analysis.
It's so strange to me that she watched all of season 2 in one week. I started season 2 in March 2015. The Week of Sardonyx was in June and I spent the whole summer freaking out about it. The Peridot arc started in September and went until January. The fact that she experienced the whole thing in a matter of days I find a bit unsettling.
Puree!
Speculation was those good times though, let no one relive those times.
In these times we need consistency schedules. Constant speculation with constant new information.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. The hiatuses are suffering to go through, but it's worth it getting to spec and hang with you guys.

Well there's one theory that White Diamond regenerated or something.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?
