Now that you put it that way... Y'know what? The connections in this series are as screwed up as the ones in Superman's universe, whenever it envolves Superboy, Supergirl, and Power Girl. It's a mess that should be furthur explained.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceeh, it could be worse. it could be as bad as the Grey-Summers family tree in X-Men.
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.because ring fingers cost money, man.
This show is pretty good so far.
Don't Press Your Luck too many times in life. You'll just get whammied.I was surprised that Steven's ploy on "Cheeseburger Backpack" didn't work. I expected it to turn the old temple into a Muppet Town or something. Thanks goodness it didn't, that would have been lame.
Btw, while I like how the Crystals are understanding of Steven's mistakes, I hope sooner or later they actually get angry at him, because he's been forgiven too easily several times now.

Well he is just a kid and he is like their baby brother and he is the reincarnation of apparently one of the greats of their people.
I do agree they have been a bit too soft, I expect more strictness and crossness from Pearl in the future.
I think Steven needs to do something unforgivably stupid or extremely personal for Amethyst to get upset at him.
I don't know about Garnet, she's a bit of a cipher.
The Blog The ArtI really like this series so far. For a tagalong kid it seems like Steven's actually doing some useful stuff rather than just being The Load getting himself captured by the monster/villain of the week and needing the rest of the crew to keep bailing his sorry ass out all the time. I also find Amethyst funny. I think they're kinda setting up a Felix and Oscar from The Odd Couple thing between her and Pearl.
"If everybody is thinking alike, somebody isn't thinking"- George S. Pattonyeah, a full two episodes into the first season.
All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not. It's seems common for animated shows to jown the gun and get renewed for more seasons...before the first season is over. MLP, Korra, and I think TMNT 2012 all got extra season when the current season got started (Tough YMMV on the ponies).
Also its technicality four episodes.
..And I noticed the the protagonists of both shows are in the same pose.

That's great! I really hope that, as time goes by, they don't feel like they have to amp up character traits to the point of Flanderization, especially when it comes to a character like Steven. I do NOT want to get annoyed at the little guy.

Only if it’s a show that has been highly anticipated, and seems to have had a built-in fanbase before it even aired. I believe they did the same with Adventure Time.

Another season in the works? Not surprised since this is going to become the little adopted brother to Adventure time.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceGarnet has 2 gems. Why is that? What's with the blue gem,
◊ and the blue circle on the temple's door?
They kept saying the temple was dangerous to Steven, and in the room where Garnet was burning the picture there where various gems and items suspended in bubbles like the one she was making for the smoke monster.
Why do the Gems want Greg away from magical matters?
I haz questions, and am gonna wait for answers.
Live your life.

isn't Pearl, like, Mr. Universe's surrogate sister-in-law or something?
