Today I found out an interesting fact from troper Ironeye:
Don't ever make the mistake of using the Laconic version as the canonical trope meaning—the laconics are often written by people who don't actually understand the drop. In this case, the laconic only corresponds to one possible cause of Darkness-Induced Audience Apathy.
The Laconic Description for DIAA states as follows:
The thing is, these descriptions are supposed to make it easier to understand what the page is about. If they can't be accurate as well as short and sweet, then there's a problem.
So for starters, what would be a better description for DIAA?

Someone changed Laconic.Villain Exit Stage Left without an edit reason to suggest it's villain-exclusive. However, the main article states it can apply to heroes. Can I revert the definition?

In the worst case, cut it entirely. It doesn't make sense in its current form. Without having seen the film, I have no idea for a better laconic.

I don't think the "in the vein of A Star Is Born and its other remakes" part is needed, you can probably just cut it off before then.

Laconic.Peace And Love Incorporated has some horrible chained sinkholes, one in the main description and on in the unabridged link. My suggestion is to keep Evil, Inc. in the main description and remove everything from the unabridged link (except for the link to the main article, of course).
