Dibs on The Witch Hunter. I mean Vampire Hunter. Or is it Demon Slayer? Argh, screw it, The Hunter.

So... I kind of quickly skimmed this, but... Basically Fantasy Kitchen Sink Tournament Arc with OCs, if I'm getting this right? Sounds interesting... Hmmm.
Count me in. As for OC's, are Historical Domain Character figures allowed?
Because I had an idea for Christopher Columbus redone as a Moe anime girl.
![]()
But but but... ;_;
Heheheh
. Sounds promising, ahah~
...As for me, need to decide between mecha pilot and magical girl, since... This is me we're talking about. >.>

Historical Domain Character are allowed.
Might make a Name Inheritance System for people to be able to go more nuts than usual with it. Something like... a system for people that want to take the name and skills of famous people to succeed them in the present. Or reincarnations of the powerful concepts left by famous figures who are born with the same name and follow roughly their same path in life. Thus, more freedom for you all to make your moe Columbus, Caesar, Genghis Khan and Winston Churchill.

Here's my character....
- Name: Christopher Columbus
- Gender: Female (obligatory Moe gender flip!)
- Appearance: Christopher Columbus is a very cute and adorable conquistador, with raven colored hair, a busty and curvy figure a very cute face, goofy Meganekko glasses, and ahem, a very big butt. She wears a blue cap, a light blue cloak, a dark blue cape, a shiny silver cuirass over her chest, long black pants, and black boots. She also wears a silver cross amulet over her neck.
- Equipment: Steel Sword, Flintlock Pistol, Arquebus, Small Crossbow, and navigation tools. Also has the Santa Maria, a Cool Ship, but it's usually docked at the harbor. Her prized possession is a plushie doll of Kagome Higurashi, which she cuddles all the time.
- Personality: Cute, playful, and child-like, Columbus is very outgoing, energetic, and extroverted, and is very much a Genki Girl. She is also very religious and prays a lot. Columbus loves going to new places and traveling around the world, especially by water.
- Other: Loves pizza and soda. Often is seen playing video games, watching anime, or exploring the city.
TIME FOR SOME CRAZY.
- Name: Tsuyoi Senshukami
- Age: 1124
- Occupation: Mangaka, Light novel artist and writer, singer, idol.
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: "Ah, now it's time for the spot light!"
◊
- Personality: It's difficult to describe Tsuyoi in just so many words. Arrogant, haughty, mean-spirited and selfish. Oh wait, no it wasn't hard at all. This is a girl who takes pleasure in the misery of others by playing pranks on them or embarassing them. The motivation behind that kind of treatment is for entertainment. Would she go out and kill people for that? No way, she does have morals though they're very thin. On the flip side, Tsuyoi does have some good parts. She can be kind (but no one can be around to see it) and giving to others less fortunate than her. She DOES show remorse and apologize to someone if she thinks that she has overstepped her boundaries.
- Abilities:
- Short-range Teleportation: Capable of teleporting short distances (Up to ten feet away) concecutively three times before a cool down of two minutes is enforced.
- Swordsman: Tsuyoi's main mode of fighting is by using a katana. She's very skilled with it.
- Superhuman Strength: Capable of feats beyond that of normal man.
- Flight: Capable of flying at speeds of around 60 MPH.
- Immortality: Can be churned, burned alive, ripped apart and incinerated. Her body will regenerate after 24 hours though. Does not have any healing factor and feels pain.
- Bio: Not originally a girl from the present but rather a mischevious spirit that lurked in the past. A girl who achieved immortality by taking a drink of some blessed water. Experienced great sorrows, deadly sickness and ultimate despair. In order to remedy this the girl became stronger. Versed herself in many talents and pushed the limits of what it meant to be human! Now... she's a student council president. Strange how things go, isn't it?
- Assets: Her white katana called Shiro.

An arena RP focusing on crazy awesome combatants where everything goes and you can pit ants against gods and still have a fair fight?
... I love you, daltar. Seriously, marry me
Also, I was wondering. How are we going to handicap some of the stronger players in their 1v1 matches? Because I have some ideas (mostly stolen from the OBD). You could equalize speed, prohibit or inhibit certain powers, restrict transformations, or make up random rules, like combatant A is now, for no explicable reason, a duck.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialUgh, OBD... >.<
To be honest, I'm not sure if we'd really need much in the way of handicaps unless someone signs up as some reality warping god or someone who can stop time repeatedly or Gold Experience Requiem or something as equally obvious broken. I mean, it'd be much more fun to see a character overcome an enemy with greater power than them with their wits and skill rather than due to some handicap, wouldn't it?

"Arbiter, I demand that you realize my wish! Otherwise, I shall start the greatest war you've ever seen! We'll fight, butt heads, face off, negotiate and use any other means! To get my wish granted, I'll stop at nothing and face anything that comes my way! Be it Shinto, Buddhism, Catholic, Protestant, Mlasi, Anglican Church, Russian Orthodox Church, Dunhi, techno-magic, swordplay, martial arts, gun slinging, cavarly, mechanic shells, mecha, mechanical beast, mythical beasts, phoenixes, dragons, jets, aerial warships, humans, non-humans, civilians, knights, musketeers, samurai, ninja, warriors, kings, nobles, sovereigns, dynasts, emperors, popes, The Far East, Italy, Spain, France, England, Russia, ottomans, China, India, the past, the present and the future, money, rights, negotiations, politics, public opinion, armed forces, information, Divine Weapons, Cursed Weapons, Magical Weapons, Heroes, Villains, Supreme Federations, Student Councils, men, women and those who are none, the young and the old, the living and the death and our emotions, resolution, logic and everything that drives us forward... Lets find out who, even among the many, many people I still don't know, just who is the strongest one out there!" Famous words of Jack The Magnificent, famous Champion of the Arena and leader of the great White Abelicia Guild.
Aebalon City, most commonly known by its nickname of Arena City and Battle City, is a mysterious and marvelous metropolis where heroes of the old and the present wage in an endless battle to decide who is the strongest existence of them all. Floating in a location beyond time and space, this magnificent jewel of magic and technology has been brought about by the Arbiter, an almighty entity which draws forth the heroes to his city and put in place the magic and regulations on the which they engage in lawful battle for supremacy. Almost nobody knows exactly which will be the prize to the ultimate champion when he or she is finally crowned... however most speculate on the nature of it due to the individual rewards for victory on the arena. Upon victory in battle, the winner obtains a certain number of Essence Points. Essence Points are a wondrous magical creation, which house themselves on the very Essence of the one owning them. They cannot be stolen or taken by any means, though the user might manifest them as shinning particles of light. But the true use of the Essence Points is to bring about wishes and miracles. Expending some of them can bring about a certain amount of coin, money, food, magic, goods, heal wounds, create weapons and even in enough quantity bring back the dead. Anything which one might imagine can be accomplished with enough Essence Points. Thus, it is imagined that the winner of this great tournament will receive the greatest price... A world changing and unlimited wish.
However, life in the marvelous city goes beyond simply fighting. It is its main purpose, but all around the arena exists all the comforts and features a true metropolis might need. The arena itself manifest as a giant spherical reality around which all the city is built. It is its own reality and might divide itself into countless battlefields of wildly different forms. Those gazing at it from outside the sphere without any magical or technological technology will only get glimpses of the thousands of different battlefields housed within, though with wildly available devices in the city, one might gaze at the sphere and watch whichever battle they desire to see. In what might be considered the back of the sphere there lies the mainland of the city... a massive spire, wider at the height of the center of the arena and growing thinner as it extends higher and lower from it. From this spire extends four arms that envelop the arena two from the top side and two from the lower side, all our of which never meet. At the height of the middle of the sphere gravity is reversed thus both the upper side and lower side (which some of its inhabitants tend to prefer calling the flipside) of the city are fully habitable. The upper side of the city spire houses the Temple of the Arbiter, a humongous castle-like structure that nobody has ever entered deeply into. This place houses the Arbiter itself and from it, its many minions and Judges appear every day. The castle itself seems to be the only piece of terrain in the city unaffected to be changed by any amount of Essence Points. Spreading from it is the top city, which is a lot more regular than the flipside of it. All along the long arms of this side, facing the arena there is a long uninterrupted cobblestone path with lots of restaurants, pubs and other such establishments where people can have all sort of cuisine as they stare at the entertainment. The flipside of the city, on the other hand, is as diverse as the people dwelling in it. Here, made possible by the Essence Points of its Champions, all sorts of civilizations put their color and style to the city. Architecture roman, Indian, Asian, Arabian, middle age European, modern New Yorker as well as magical academies, technological universities, techno-magic institutes, big forest like parks... they all make their space here in districts magiformed into the needs and likes of their occupants, with like minded folks banding together to bring about their joint vision.
Which finally brings us to the inhabitants of this land... people from all Eras. The Arbiter has brought people from the past... since the times of the caves, passing through the rise of Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilizations, the Middle Ages, the Modern Age, Contemporary, the far off future of human expansion into space and fights against alien life forms, further into future into the decay of the galactic civilization, to the decline of science and falling into the rebirth of the world with magic, to the current state of affairs... a world of magic with remnants of technology where humans live alongside many different races and species. The people of the past are picked and brought into Aebalon by the will of the Arbitrer, but those of the present magic age can nearly freely come to the city through a series of teleporter stations.
And as for those called to fight... well, they come from nearly all walks of life. Anyone willing to step into the battlefield and with a conceptual ability to wage battle will be accepted. From the obvious Samurai, Ninjas, Knights and Warriors... however, there have also stepped into the battlefield economists, writers and artists who use the concept of their craft to fight against the more martial warriors. An economist might spend money to literally buy the strength of a hundred men by paying them the equivalent of their service and thus having that strength be channeled into his body. Thus, all sort of unorthodox fighters have appeared within the arena. Politicians sometimes engage in battles of debate or Kings in team fights leading entire armies. Of course, there are not only humans in Aebalon... aliens, kitsune, ogres, trolls, goblins, angels, demons, Gods... any and all kinds of lifeforms are welcome into the fight and to carve a life in this city. Champions of all walks of life, the most successful of them sometimes attain celebrity status and gain the admiration of many, while many push forward their own agendas and ideas of the world as they prove the might of their determination.
Glory in the fields of battle can be attained not only individually, but as groups as well. The victors of battle don't only win points and rise in the ranking by themselves, but they also push forward whatever denomination they are a part off. Thus, Alecrant Magnoairs, a Catholic French Werewolf Ninja of the Guild Rising Heart would improve the rankings of all those organization by his victories. Indeed, many successful champions are courted by different organizations and nations to have them join their ranks. While belonging to a lot of groups decreases the amount of Essence Points you receive after a battle (after all, if you belong to an organization, when you win the organization gets a part of the points as well) there are usually benefits in joining a guild or nation, which vary on each of them. Another point of importance is that you cannot join an organization in name only. For instance, to be a part of the Samurai you must have a Lord which you serve, even if they are elsewhere or dead. However, your loyalty must be true and sincere otherwise the Arbitrer shall take note of it and you will no longer qualify as a Samurai and may turn you into a Ronin. Some classes, nations and organizations have more strict and more loose standards, however, these standards are definitive. Thus, there are some that compete not as individuals but as leader of groups with one shared vision.
As for the battles... there are all kind of them in all kinds of arenas. Some are individual duels of skill, some are team death matches, some are battles engaging in open warfare. Groups and individuals can schedule matches at their own liberty or simply have one arranged for them. Some battles are mostly spectacle which only the unlimited power of the arena can bring about, like the entire French Army against Three Dragons or the North American Fleet of WWII against an alien dreadnought. Some organizations make their vanity fights more spectacular than usual and have them set to be in private, charging the citizens of the city to be able to spectate. One thing to notice about the battles is that they are never lethal. Inside of the Arena dying is no big obstacle as you will be brought back without any harm at the end of the battle or round.
And so on goes the affairs of the Arena City, with its heroes battling when they are not drinking together, with scheming leaders trying to get enough Essence Points to bring about their vision and with the rankings of the Arbitrer going ever upwards towards a goal unknown to all but the mysterious being.
So! An everything goes, more silly than usual, battle RP inspired on the likes of League of Legends and Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon.
You play as any of the different Champions or people living in the city, engaging in battle with your fellow R Pers for fun when not wandering around the city carving your own place in it. There are no power levels, everyone should be able to battle anyone else, with the excuse that single duels have the Arbitrer nerf those too powerful until there is a certain level equity between combatants.
As to how we decide the winner of fights... well, the two people can decide themselves who wins as it develops, they may ask me or someone else of their choice to mediate and abide by their decisions, roll a dice, play a game online to decide the outcome... any single option is alright as long as people decide beforehand how they are going to roll to minimize conflicts.
As you see, the RP is pretty open on what kind of champion you might have. Biggest restriction is no crossover characters from a franchise. No bringing the Kid, Misaka Mikoto or Darth Vader themselves into the battle. That said, expies are fine but try to make them their own thing instead of disguising the character as much as you can to get them accepted. As some may notice, the speech on top was shamelessly ripped off from a series and the one saying it is an expy I will be using.
Signups are not open just yet, first I want to gauge interest and the such before I release a sheet and an example. I may world build on the nations of the present magic era later with player input, but so far I'm thinking of the outside world as that of League of Legends more or less. There might be a theme of the spirits of nations or cultures enduring in order to make equivalents to civilizations of our past in the modern time as well as to allow magic ninjas and knights into the equation.
So, discuss!
Also character sheet!
