Heck, Marvel did jack for the Fantastic Four on their 50th; why should DC even bother raising a finger?
Embroiled in slave rebellion, I escaped crucifixion simply by declaring 'I am Vito', everyone else apparently being called 'Spartacus'.
The "death" of Human Torch and the creation of the Future Foundation was the 50th anniversary Milestone Celebration.

Meh, that's the sort of thing they could do at any time. Maybe they could have published some sort of documentary or coffee table art book, like Rebellion recently did for Judge Dredd's 35th anniversary, or maybe even have the mainstream and Ultimate teams meet, like they did for the Spider-Man 50th.
As for Superman, maybe bundle a copy of Action Comics #1 with every copy of Superman sold?

He's certainly got a lot to live up to for Big Blue's 75th.
General Zod will cut off his own face and do horrific things for four months.

I did research and it looks like that Superman's 75th anniversary will be this June, since Action Comics 1 was released in June 1938.
Will DC do something special for Superman (besides Man of Steel, which doesn't seem to be acknowledging it)? 75 is a pretty good number.
