"It's Thane! Whack him!"A boss battle with an energetically vicious robot that attacks the player with super-fast hard-to-dodge laser beams.
Anxiously hiding underneath the floorboards as creepy multi-legged insectoid creatures (who I imagined looking something like this
) storm through your house searching for you. You can hear the loud scurrying of their footsteps above as you pray that they won't find you.

"It's Thane! Whack him!"The first phase of a Climax Boss where said boss is initially invincible but after the MacGuffin is used to nullify his defense, there's a chance of beating him. But he's not going down without a fight.
The background music of a boss fight in a sci-fi fighting game. This boss is the emperor of a distant, war-mongering galactic empire, and will only step down if defeated in combat. Very hard to defeat, this boss is definitely worth the heavy metal boss theme.
Forever Pavot - Le passeur d'armes
The theme of a perpetually stoned detective trying to figure out a connection of a mob boss who's also the owner of a big-name casino. The detective is eventually caught and has to escape the place with the evidence.
bump
Ironically, it wouldn't be out of place in Madness Combat

FNF Mario's Madness OST | Race Traitors Instrumental
The theme of a particularly Quirky Bard in a JRPG with jazz and orchestral-based attacks, played as a recurring Leitmotif... and a Dark Reprise when they undergo a Heel–Face Turn. They're defeated in a grueling, personal battle, but manage to take a beloved party member with them.

I redesigned Trope-tan! ➯ my pronouns are ze/hirEarth is visited by a mischievous extradimensional being who just wants to give everyone he meets a fun time, and accordingly reshapes reality into what it considers to be a fun party. However, the being is oblivious to the harm it is causing by exposing fragile human minds to the "fun" of a mind-bending defilement of space and time itself.
The Thing (1982) OST:
A man is curled up inside an abandoned, boarded-up apartment, with a monochrome Chiaroscuro color scheme. He occasionally peeks his head up to look at the viewer with one wide eye before hiding his face again, not moving from his corner.
SING TO ME, LEND ME THE SONG OF BLASPHEMYA small robot has been awakened inside an abandoned facility and it's currently exploring it while avoiding hostile robots. The chorus is implied to be the workers that perished in a great disaster.

As the opening credits roll, a weary but nonetheless cool private eye leaves his apartment and walks through the streets to his office in a crime-ridden city under a grey rainy shy.
