Calisera bowed to the teacher and on her way to the next class she took out the Monster Encyclopedia. No sense in waiting to get started on learning after all! She nearly walked into a few walls but she made it to Elementalism class. There was that girl Circe she recognized as she entered, but her attention was soon caught by the teacher.
Well, the teacher and the globe. The globe fascinated her. And the notion of the elements having intentions caught her ear. She knew people spoke of the waves having their own will back home. Did they have them here?
Mrs Snicth continued to give a general outline of the awesomeness of the universe and the general students insignificance for about ten minutes then settled down into a discussing the lessons of the class.
'In my class' she continued 'It techer you how influence the natural world. By the end of it you should all have in your both the power to boil the oceans and blacked the sky and the knowledge and control to avoid doing so. It It may be within my abilities to turn the desert blue but I would such an attempt foolish and not with out unintended consequence. The world has a natural equilibrium that must not be disturbed....'
Satisfied with that not she flicked over her note pad.
'Oh yeah more class participation' she mumbled under her breath.
'So who can name the Four elements for me?' She asked

'Why I would never dream of such a thing' she said not convincingly.
She scanned the classroom for a moment looking the other students but then seem to think better of it.
'No I shall not do any demonstrations today' she said 'I feel flashy displays of magic to be... Unseemly.'
'Today will do some simple exercises' she kneed down to her Globe and blew on a clound ever so slightly. The room darkend as the light suddenly grew dimmer.
'The most basic and arguably the most useful spell you will learn here is Light' she said 'wands out children, start practising'

hashtagsarestupidAcross the room and the girls is amused themselves with the small glowing balls of Light they conjured.
Circe had one had a yellowish coloured ball which she absentmindedly hanged in the air disinterested. The short stocky Asian witch with a purple hair colour was was trying to get hers to shine a black light but at most could get an off Violet. Sandy's was the bright of them all, cracking like a bright firecracker.
Only Michelle had trouble, and wad constantly tapped her wand and only getting a slight reddish glow from its tip. She look frustrated embarrassed by this.
hashtagsarestupidTerrine smiled at the display as Cali leaned over to help the rather skittish girl. She looked casually around the room, she knew she shouldn't but who could help creating some form of mischief?
She spotted a girl barely paying attention to the light that was hovering infront of her and she seemed to be scowling. Terrine grinned.
"Perfect" she muttered. Before giving clicking her tongue once more, planning on turning the girls light into a "nicer" shade of pink.
Miss Snicth didn't even look up from her notebook.
'Miss woodworth if vaule your ability to speak please refrain from such language in my presence and pay attention to your exercises in future'
She turned a page.
'Terinne see me after the class'. She added disinterested and went back to her notes.

Terrine strode into the room along side the girls she had befriended earlier, taking a seat somewhere near the middle; she knew, as students often did, that sitting in either the front or the back could attract unwanted attention.
She listened as her Teacher, Ms Eliza Scorn , talked giving the same introductory spiel most teachers gave. She smiled. This should be interesting, and if it was one thing she could do well it was "influence" things.
