Queries about Chaos in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

I've just managed to pick up the Tome of Corruption splatbook for the second edition of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay and, while I know it's a long shot, I was hoping someone might be able to help me? The version I have mentions two Unaligned Daemons; the Soulstealer (mentioned on page 21, in the Daemonic Possession sidebar) and the Unholy Ones (mentioned on page 82, as part of the "The Blessed Ones, by Hals" article).

Now, the book says the Soulstealer can be found chapter XVIII: Legions of Chaos, while the Unholy Ones can apparently be found in chapter "XVIII: Daemonic Hordes". However, I've looked in the 18th chapter and I can't find any mention of these two daemons. Now, I know the 2nd edition sourcebooks had a tendency to go to print with errors, so, did these daemons end up not being printed officially? If so, do official stats for them exist anywhere?

Also, the article page on the game mentions, under Body Horror, a mutation where the victim's genitalia run off to the Chaos Wastes and leave behind a fanged orifice that makes lewd and inappropriate comments in stage whispers. Does anyone know where this mutation can be found? I have Tome of Corruption, but I can't seem to find it in the Mutations table, though I have seen mutations where the victim's skeleton (Boneless mutation) or flesh (Skeleton mutation) run away.
