Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages
. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues
thread.

Methinks we need a method for dealing with people creating then blanking pages (Book Of Eli - ~nelec; Plastic Addict S 1 E 32 - ~RCFU200; Pan Sexual - ~Neutral Person); it's becoming somewhat frequent recently.
Today's worklist:
- Backbeat Switch: Needs more input.
- The Kingdom of Spain: Still supporting cut.
- Douchebag Chocolat: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Mario's Time Machine: Stub work page.
- Místico: Why did you remove the redirect, ~Chris DV?
- FanWorks.Sea Queens: ~Terrace, what kind of work is that? Fan Works is not a work namespace.
As the guy who brought up UsefulNotes. The Kingdom Of Spain, it's probably obvious that I see it as a problem, and as it seems to serve no real purpose I support cutting it entirely, for the reasons you mention when it was first added to the list.
(No comment when I mentioned it because I didn't want to unduly influence any other input on the subject. Since there's been no sign of input to be given...
)
UsefulNotes. The Kingdom Of Spain: I support the cut. As it's now, it's useless. Incomplete page with ZCE and Word Cruft. I think having useful notes page on Spain is just fine and sufficient.
Backbeat Switch: What does it even do in namespace Music? It looks like an attempt in a music trope, but it's very, very poor. CUT. Its cretor could try to run it through ykttw. Personally, I can't quite grasp its intended meaning from the description.

Filed that article on the cutlist. Which is getting a bit backlogged again, I see.
Worklist, anyhow:
- Borgia Faith And Fear: Work page with no description in wrong namespace by ~Jakegothicsnake; inclined to cut.
- Doomed Hurt Guy: Getting support for re-YKTTW'ing here; ~Kooshmeister, can you do that?
- Fire Emblem on Forums: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Pantheon.Hatred Demi Gods And Quasideities: ~Fire Shadow, please use the Cut List instead of page blanking to get rid of misplaced articles; thanks in advance.
- Hiatus: Unpublished work in right namespace but with no trope examples; creator messaged.
- Pokémon GO: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Sun Tec Data: Spam article; already cutlisted and reported on Ask The Tropers.
- When Worlds Collide Alicia Cooper Michelle Lehmann: Stub work page; creator messaged.
Another stub: WebVideo.Douchebag Chocolat
It's recent, so there may be hope it will be fleshed out, but it seriously need tropes.
I just came across a new trope called Ground Wave that was launched today without going through the YKTTW process first. It has a fair number of examples, although some of them could use more detail. Also references similar tropes and is already indexed.
The editor who I messaged about Doomed Hurt Guy may need help at re-YKTTW'ing their trope methinks.
Also, since ~Drake Clawfang asked why I ask other people to crosswick and index their pages rather than do so myself, I'll give an explanation here; it's a) because it's the launcher's responsibility technically to put up their pages properly, b) because I have a lot of pages to look after and can't deal with all the work myself and c) if people see other people fixing their omissions, they frequently get the impression that they don't need to deal with it themselves. I do index pages whose creators are unavailable myself, though.
Worklist:
- HeroicSacrifice.Animated Films: Need more opinions.
- WhatAnIdiot.Doraemon: ~kokoroanime, that seems like an empty page to me (general examples are not good).
- The Emerald Party: Stubby work page in Main/, but the cut request by ~The One Who Tropes was declined anyhow. I am guessing that it's because of the tropes mentioned in the description.
- Heartwarming. The Fourth: Methinks that ~Rock Raider needs help indexing that page. Protip: Changing the page types around is the wrong thing to do; you need to find another index page to add it to.
- Ground Wave: That has too few examples for my liking; calling ~Tdarcos here.
- Missingno: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Marine Corps Yumi: Not the right namespace, but the description is somewhat vague on the medium and Google didn't help; ~flyboy254, can you help us?
The Emerald Party - Possibly, I only see two tropes there, though.
Ground Wave - there are literally HUNDREDS of Video Games were that ripple effect happens, mostly platformers. But can I think of one off the top of my head? Some RPG enemies, especially in Action RPG's, do moves like that, too. Again, I can't think of any right now.

Keeper of The Celestial Flame@Septimus about Doomed Hurt Guy: Help how? I like ykttwing new concepts, so I may volunteer. I just need to know what the trouble is. Because honestly, ykttw phase was pretty intuitive to me from the start.

Regarding Marine Corps Yumi, seems like rcmtagg09 already took care of that. XFllo, I think they don't know how YKTTW operates.
Also, regarding the indexing problems I have mentioned over the thread, I have to wonder whether the problem is not in the help page but rather the indexing message - "indexing" is potentially ambiguous to new people.
Worklist:
- Acks Security: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Music.Backbeat Switch: Inclined to move to Main/; I'll see what ~Chaosenvoy has to say about it.
- Black Cypher: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- George Shrinks: ~firstsight, methinks you want George Shrinks; Main/ is not the place.
I'll note this
YKTTW here, since it may end up in this topic in the future (there is a name dispute and one whether a manual poll disagreeing with a name can override 5 hats).
Otherwise, worklist:
- Henry The Fourth: Wrong namespace; messaged the creator ~Crimson Zephyr about this.
- Mind Zero: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Moonshop: ~songstressfox, please use the Cut List instead of page blanking when you are getting rid of pages.
Today's worklist:
- Cannon: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Demonophobia: It's a page for a game whose mainspace article was cut back in 2012 during the 5P cleanup. I do not see any indication that it was a repost of the old article, but it's certainly a stub - creator messaged. Will flag, since I don't see a 5P verdict on Demonophobia on the Content Violations Report tool.
- Doomed Hurt Guy: Anyone for re-YKTTW'ing this?
- Gods Not Dead: Work page with only an image; creator messaged.
- Sentimental Drunk: A trope without YKTTW or indexing. Also, I distinctly remember that Tony G being already cited for creating such poor trope articles.
- Praise The Lord: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Shadow Realms: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Sucks To My Dick: A stubby work page by ~A Ghost; also, it was cutlisted by ~St Fan with the reason "Stub work page, unindexed and with no wicks. Plus it's a yaoi fanfic with underage characters which certainly wouldn't get 5P approval.".
- Troy Has A Camera: Stub main page; also, upon rechecking, it seems like it's a work, so I'll just cutlist and ask ~timdadanon to repost it in the proper namespace.
- Virtual Boy Wario Land: Stub work page; creator messaged.
Music Always Works Launched with only 1 hat.
https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/discussion.php?id=o86ogfpndfjspydfkxnthlle&trope=MusicAlwaysWorks
I see two Zero Context Examples, Macross and Elite Beat Agents.
A shame it got prematurely launched, as the page seems to have promise.
Today's work- and replieslist:
- Dark Swan: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Flim.Gods Not Dead: Seems like under effect of ritalin hangover I didn't notice that the namespace was wrong on top of the other issues, hence ~Telcontar cutlisted it; I did revise my message to its creator.
- MLP Next Generation: Love Conquers All, Avarice Takes It All: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Music Always Works: I am also concerned that ~Ax Machina didn't index or crosswick their page despite being messaged.
- Operation: Turnabout: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Surviving Jack: Stub work page; creator messaged.
Today's late evening worklist:
- Digimon Adventure 02: The Story We Never Told: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- MIND MGMT: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- What If?: Stub work page; creator messaged.
Today's worklist:
- Faint Moment: As mentioned on the discussion page, it's a duplicate to Fainting.
- Passionate Pragmatism: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Headscratchers.Whatever Happenedto Robot Jones: ~Steven T, you need to add the page to an index page, as mentioned on the first bullet of How Indexing Works.
Today's work- and replieslist:
- Beast: The Primordial: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Lords of the Fallen: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Putting The Laughter In Slaughter: A stub trope and according to Ask The Tropers a duplicate of Put the "Laughter" in "Slaughter".
- University Ever After: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- What We Do Is Secret: By ~Rampin Up 46 a work page that needs a description and crosswicking and indexing.
I threw Put the "Laughter" in "Slaughter" on the Cut List. It's 100% covered and only exists because someone had no idea how to use some of the basic functions of the site (which is fine, by the way. We were all newbies once).
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.^^Yeah, that strikes me as a bit premature. That ought to be moved to the Sandbox/ namespace in the meantime.
Anyhow, worklist, plus a few items I came across when today I started do some cleanup on unindexed pages:
- Cant Believe Its Not: Might be a case for TRS, but yeah unindexed article with a line of dialogut title.
- Concept Unification: Stubby trope with a very murky definition.
- The Kindness of Strangers: Stub trope; it's been around for a while apparently.
- Mid Air Refueling: I remember hearing of a YKTTW for that. Is it anywhere?
- PriPara: Stub work page; creator messaged.
- Serial Dater: Stub trope with a lot of ZCE.
- Time Assistance: Stub trope by ~Tropers/{{2020dude}} with no YKTTW.
- Violently Protective Boyfriend: Stub trope with no YKTTW by ~psychochickie.
- Mid Air Refueling inspired this much more workable YKTTW: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/discussion.php?id=8kkplsqqt0f8ceohunuj5v5l
. The original can be discarded, I think.
- Serial Dater: In Love with Love, Serial Romeo, Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places, Really Gets Around... I'd say we've got this covered. Cut.
- Cant Believe Its Not: From the name, I thought it was specifically shout outs to the "I can't believe it's not butter" ad campaign, which could be workable. As is, it's just Insistent Terminology. Cut.
- Concept Unification: Interesting, but very unclear description and seems to have nothing to do with fiction, making it outside our purview.
- The Kindness of Strangers: Looks workable. I'd like it to go to YKTTW for refining, though.
- Time Assistance: So half-assed that I just say cut.
- Violently Protective Boyfriend: Seems it's filling a curiously empty void, but no examples and no real description. I'd like that sent to YKTTW to be fleshed out and to see if we have it.

Today's worklist:
Keeping also an eye on the creators of Awesome.FT Island and NightmareFuel.Stand Still Stay Silent for not indexing their pages.
