Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages
. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues
thread.

Well, if no opposing motions are filed, I'll take care of Significant Insignia tomorrow. Also, I'll note that on unreleased works, if people can't find enough tropes to add, they'll probably be cut anyhow.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanCut Significant Insignia. As it stands, it's about all insignia.
Pages for not-yet-released works —- Move them to the Sandbox namespace and message their creators to work on them there at least until after release.
OK, seems like we have agreement on cutting Significant Insignia, and I agree with moving as-yet unreleased works to sandboxes.
Otherwise, today's to-do list:
- Amy Sally And Mina: A fairly short 3 trope stub. Also, now that I think about it, I am not sure if the two deviantART pages linked in the discussion are about this work - and even if they are, the page ought to get moved to its own namespace.
- Combat Parkour: Exampleless trope stub. Calling the creator in.
- Flatbush Zombies: Only two Zero Context Examples; made by someone who I messaged already about lack of crosswicking.
- A Great Endeavor: Another tropeless stub; creator messaged.
- The Legend of Zelda: Book of the Traitor: An "upcoming" work, but it only lacks Crosswicking.
- Man of Tai Chi: The creating troper messaged me back, saying that they haven't seen the work yet.
- The Pandora Incident: No crosswicking, even though I already messaged them over another page for this.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanJust throwing in additional support to the idea of keeping unreleased works in the Sandbox field.
However, that being said, if we start doing that, perhaps we should create some sort of index for those sandboxes so that people that might be interested in contributing to them, or moving them when released, might have an easier time finding them.
About the Administrivia page, I am preoccupied of it meeting the same end of Needs an Index.
Also, two other pages I found today:
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanNeeds An Index is for otherwise-complete pages already in the main wiki that haven't been added to an index yet. Unreleased Works Sandbox is for pages that are for, as it says, works that have not yet been released and therefore cannot be correctly or completely filled out yet. It's two completely different things.
Move the page to the sandbox and message the person who made it that that's where it is so that they can still work on it. And, as Catbert says, other people can also find it to work on it.It doesn't have to be one or the other, do both.

^That differentiation doesn't really address the issue. That said, I see some agreement on the sandbox moving here, so we can go ahead with that technique.
In the meantime, another new page:
- Makoto Raiku: Stubby, seems like it's troping a creator.
Looks like it is covering http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Makoto_Raiku
EDIT PS:
I fixed a few problems and moved it to Creator.Makoto Raiku. I also indexed it, crosswicked, expanded the works list and turned the works list into an index.
I also PM'd the article creator asking him to expand the description and tropes list.

Also support moving unpublished but upcoming works to Sandbox/.
Jangle Pop looks okay to me. It's a genre page.
Viewers Are Horny is... huh? Cut, I guess. It doesn't seem like a good redirect to All Men Are Perverts (as that is an actual gendered trope), which is what it had been. And it has no content to even consider saving.
Man of Tai Chi: If even the creating troper hasn't seen it, then I would think we have no option but to cut it, as it has zero tropes. Although the description part actually looks decent.
A new batch of new pages:
- Our Friends in the North: The editor said it was a "Very basic outline"; I'll message them anyway.
- The Pandora Incident: Messaged the account.
I am also thinking of moving Obduction and Man of Tai Chi to Sandbox/ pages.
Amy Sally And Mina still needs work done on it.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOn the topic of Combat Parkour. I have added a draft to YKTTW as was suggested to me, thank you Septimus Heap. This has been working out so far. My plan is too keep the public page Combat Parkour very general, and when I have a perfected page (through YKTTW), I will add in all the details at one time. Would that work? - Never mind. I just figured out that the trope I created already exists. Could someone help me in fixing the mistake? How do I delete the page?

@Owen, which page is it a duplicate of?
Anyhow, today's to-do list:
- Alterity: Only one non-Zero-Context Example; messaged.
- Amy Sally And Mina: Still need input.
- Driveclub: No examples. Messaging.
- Getsu Fuma Den: Only one example; creator messaged.
- Viewers Are Horny: I agree with cutting.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIt is very very similar to She-Fu.
And I tried the cut page, but I haven't been a member long enough.

Another stubby article with only one good example: Serangoon Road.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAdded some tropes to Man of Tai Chi. Should be enough to keep it from getting cut. I'm going to try to watch the movie this weekend to flesh it out some more.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Today:
- Flight of the Binturong, exampleless, the creator was messaged.
- Super Sonico: Insufficient examples, creator messaged.
- Through A Glass Lightly, an old page with insufficient examples.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanDoublepost, because there are two tricky propositions now:
- Fallout 4: Surely going to grow, but unreleased work and as-is exampleless.
- Terrible Vocaloid Shit: Exampleless website page.

I agree on cutting Significant Insignia.
I see no reason to spend time hunting down extant pages of not yet published works. I think the policy needs to be somewhat flexible as well. I believe trailers and sample chapters might provide enough of a basis to start a works page and identify tropes.
