I redirected the would-be page to Utsuge. I also added a quick blurb at the end of that article mentioning the term. Overall, they probably aren't distinct enough to warrant separate pages, but are juuust distinct enough to be worth mentioning on the article.

As you may or may not know, the current Utsuge (depressing game) article is a bit misleading as many of its examples are actually Nakige (crying game). Though related, the terms mean quite different things (for example, check the vndb.org descriptions). Given that the discussion page for Utsuge echoed these complaints and showed some people were willing to create a page for it (but nothing had happened for six months...), I decided to just start a YKTTW
for it. Help would be appreciated, as it's getting buried by other things quite quickly. (Or am I just being impatient?).
EDIT: In the end, I discarded it. It's more or less covered by Earn Your Happy Ending.
