Nabbed a copy of The Walking Dead before the deal expired, and I also grabbed a Season Pass for Saints Row: The Third.
I'm not counting on getting much else this sale, though.
I put on my robe and tinfoil hat...New set of flash sales:
I now go by Graf von Tirol.New round of flash sales:
- Call of Duty: Black Ops (-50%)
- Carrier Command (-50%)
- Dawn of War II Complete (-75%)
Haven't really got anything yet. I was too broke to get The Walking Dead unfortunately, but I had contemplated getting KOTOR II and To the Moon.

If you're in Europe, Skyrim

Give me cute or give me...something?Actually since Borderlands 2 is a daily deal it won't get any cheaper this sale, Maybe in the christmas sale
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.![]()
Most likely not. Skyrim also had a daily sale (still ongoing), and it's still going at 50% off. Borderlands 2 would take a while for the discount to go any deeper, and I don't see it happening in just a month.
Just been gifted Borderlands 2! (my reaction
)
Anyways... I haven't done this in a while, but the new round of flash sales is:
Somewhat different though. AAA games rarely if ever go that level so soon, unless it's such a major flop that prices get substantially marked down on short notice. Indie games and other smaller-profile releases on the other hand tend to take whatever business model they desire, such as the example you brought up. No denying that Skyrim is so popular that huge markdowns aren't really necessary, and as I brought up, Borderlands 2 is also pretty well-received so it'll be full price for quite some time.

I now go by Graf von Tirol.^^ It has to do with popularity really...Skyrim is still popular so Bethesda can still milk out the price pretty well...and some game takes opposite route...Cargo Commander came out for a month (or even less) and now it's 75% off already (by the way, get it, it's a good game)...

Give me cute or give me...something?Next flash:
- Metro 2033 -75%
- Bioshock 2 -75%
- Doom 3 BFG Edition -50%
![]()
Is Cargo Commander from THQ? THQ is having finacial problems so their games are more likely to be on sale to help them recover.
^ Nope, it's an indie title...this one
...
And, just checked...it came out in November 2nd...yeah...
