Deadbeat, you didn't try. You'll never succeed if you don't bother to try in the first place.
The Danse Macabre CodexThe simple fact was that I couldn't keep up and that was hampering any attempt to integrate with the plot, leaving me as enough of a spectator I felt it wouldn't make any difference if I just cut my losses and walked out.
The fact that no-one noticed it until I pointed it out just now serves to prove this point. If you wish to continue lambasting me for leaving a game from which I no-longer derived any enjoyment, go right ahead.
"Yup. That tasted purple."Hmm... this thing still going? I want to maybe hop back into R Ping after a bit of a hiatus and I think I'd maybe even use my first ever anime character as a character.
Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.Hehe... I knew multifandoms were bombproof here. Might sheet tomorrow - I'm still not 100% sure on a character - looking ATM at either Van Flyheight or one of Italy, Japan, America or Russia.
Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.Name: Maximum "Max" Ride
Age: 14
Species: Avian-human hybrid.
Gender: Female
Appearance: Max is a young teenage girl who is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weights 97 pounds with brown eyes and a dirty brown hair color that got a pink streak put in it after a recent hair cut. She also has large white wings that have a 13 foot wingspan. Her wings also have brown stripes and tan specks. She is usually seen wearing very casual clothes along with a leather jacket and boots that serve her decently well for running.
Verse: Maximum Ride
Personality: Max is incredibly tomboyish, sarcastic and hates girly things. She also is a very mothering figure to her fellow avian-human hybrids which are known to each other as the Flock. She is nurturing and kind to them and states to be worried with herself over them. She loathes herself for falling into more girlish acts like worrying about appearance stating that "last year, I would chop off my hair with a knife when it got in my eyes." She is independent and strong but has lacked a mother and father figure for her whole life besides one man who she feels mixed feelings towards and secretly deep down wants a family and someone to love her.
Powers/Equipment: Max has learned to train from that previously mentioned father figure and fights in a mixed martial arts style. The enhanced strength the avian-human hybrids have also makes her able to fight most grown men in a fair fight. Her signature move is the roundhouse kick. Max also has the ability to fly much faster than the rest of the flock with her top speed being 240-250 mph and over 300 mph while diving. She also shows at one instance to be able to shut down her organs temporarily and play dead. Like Birds Max also has a built-in sense of direction and "raptor vision". Lastly Max also has a Voice which tries to guide her and help her "save the world" from some vague world-ending disaster.
Background: Maximum Ride like the other Avian-Human hybrids was taken from her parents at infancy and was experimented on by an organization known only as "The School." For much of Max's young life she was put through cruel experiments and basically was all but tortured by the School. However a young man named Jeb Batchelder rescued her and the other Avian-Human hybrids and escaped the School. For a few years Jeb was the father to the whole flock and gave Max and a few others a basic education however two years before the first book he vanished and was presumed dead. During those years Max and the Flock lived in fear that the School and their wolf-human hybrids known as Erasers were going to find them and take them back to the school. When the youngest of the Flock, Angel is kidnapped by the Erasers and taken back to the School, Max and the rest of the flock go to find Angel and take down the School if possible.
Extra Notes: Max is taken from during the first book in the series. Her Voice is still a relatively new thing to her and she still knows nothing about the possible world-destroying threat that is coming.

- Name: Van Flyheight
- Age: 17 (Because I haven't even finished Chaotic Century yet, let alone started Guardian Force)
- Species: Human
- Appearance: This dude
◊
- Universe: Zoids Chaotic Century
- Personality: Very few are as headstrong as Van - he suffers from a serious case of Chronic Hero Syndrome and will always do what he thinks is right, consequences be damned. Similarly, he is very quick to risk his personal safety. In battle, Van is hot-headed and rarely uses strategies more complex than 'charge.' Generally however, Van is quite carefree and easy-going, although he doesn't take losing well and has a lot of pride.
- Powers/Equipment: Hoo boy, here comes the tricky part. Outside of a Zoid, Van really isn't anything special at all, although he is a capable pilot of his Shield Liger. Obviously Van has an actual Liger, not a model...
◊*. So basically I'm gonna suggest a few balance changes myself to TRY and get the Liger in.
- First and foremost, there is no ammo for the ranged weapons on the Zoid.
- Second, the E-Shield generators are busted, so no E-Shield. This also breaks one of the Liger's signature attacks leaving it with just teeth and claws.
- Finally, this is Van piloting during a time where he's still mostly reliant on Zeke - he's a capable pilot but he's certainly not the best around.
- History: The son of legendary Zoid pilot Dan Flyheight, Van has only recently fallen into the cockpit - he finally got behind the controls of his Zoid after being chased into some ruins by bandits, where he found Zeke the Organoid and a strange girl who took the name Fiona. Zeke almost straight up threw Van into the cockpit of the Liger and revived the derelict Zoid into fighting condition. Since then, he has been in search of a 'Zoid Eve', an even Fiona was reminded of in some ruins... Van is still trying to be a hero much like his father once was...
- Extra Notes: The Van I have is from relatively early in Chaotic Century... I was thinking of bringing along Zeke too, but I might need some more input on whether that's a good idea or no.

Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.I've recently got back into Professional Wrestling, so let's see how this goes down...
Name: The Undertaker
Age: Close to 50 in body (his "spirit" is hundreds of years old, though not necessarily immortal)
Species: Mostly Human
Gender: Male
Appearance: For Whom the Bell Rings
◊. Also his Biker persona
◊. You can also see the image on his page. He is 6 foot 10 and 299 lbs.
'Verse: WWE Kayfabe (With a little bit of the comics thrown in)
Personality: The Undertaker is an enigmatic individual. He rarely speaks, though when he does expect the scenery to be thoroughly chewed. His main goal in "life" is to assert himself as a force to be reckoned with and will take down all who try and get in the way of his goal. Although he is relentless and unforgiving, he is by all means a good guy and many hold a lot of respect for him. His goals are usually self-centered in nature but it appears he does understand the concept of "a greater good" (he saved Randy Savages wife!) and will put aside his own pride for the betterment of the masses.
His personality as a "mortal" is a whole other story. While in this form he is a brash, arrogant, cocky antagonist who demands respect from others and only respects those who can beat him.
Powers/Equipment: Ho boy. The Undertaker has a vast array of supernatural powers and abilities at his disposal all thanks to one of the three Books of Death within his body. He can summon bolts of lightning, raging infernos, and ominous fog. As an extension of his lightning powers he can control electrical devices and machinery. The Undertaker also possess The Urn, an artifact that he can draw power from. At one point someone could control 'Taker using The Urn but that no longer applies and he now acts completely on his own free will. He can also draw strength from his Creatures of the Night. However 'Taker doesn't like to rely on his supernatural capabilities, only using them as a way to intimidate his opponents or as a last resort. At his core he is a wrestler, preferring to use his own physical attributes to get the job done. He boasts immense strength and durability. At one point he was completely invincible but this has since waned over the years. Despite his large size he is rather agile able to perform aerial maneuvers and tightropes walks. It should be noted that while in his Biker persona he cannot access his supernatural abilities. Also he has a steel chair, because why not?
Background: The Undertaker was originally the ruler of a hellish plane called Stygian, until an entity known as The Embalmer sent him hundreds of years into the future where he was reborn as a mortal. After a fire that killed his mortal parents and psychologically scarred his brother, Kane, "The Undertaker" resurfaced. Years later he entered the WWF ring accompanied by Paul Bearer and became a dominant force. During this time he regained his full strength and defeated The Embalmer. Over the course of his career he has been killed and reincarnated numerous time. Today he still remains one of the WWE's most respected in ring competitors. In spite of his dark and demonic visage he has been a force of good for quite some time. It should be noted that there was a 3 year period where he lost his supernatural aspects and became a "mortal". Nowadays he appears to be somewhere halfway between "demon" and "mortal".
Extra Notes: At some point I want to switch personas and have him become "Bikertaker". While The Undertaker is more subdued and imposing, "Bikertaker" is more brash but vulnerable. The personality dissonance should provide for some interesting character interactions.
It should also be noted that this is 'Taker in kayfabe, not Mark Calaway as The Undertaker.

@Fusion:
Looks mostly fine, although you may want to keep in mind that she'll "merely" be fast rather than zipping around at hundreds of miles per hour. Also, what's this "raptor vision"? Finally, the Voice probably won't be around.
@Plumbum:
Hm... I'm not sure what to do about the Liger, since everything else seems fine. Sorry for the indecisiveness!
@Newfie MEKZ:
The teleportation and reaping things are right out for obvious reasons. Obviously controlling machines may not always be 100% successful. Can you explain a little more about the Creatures of the Night and The Urn (to be specific, how powerful is it)?
Locking you up on radar since '09"Creatures of the Night" is essentially Clap Your Hands If You Believe, support from others can give him power. As for the Urn it can only bolster his physical strength and revitalize him when he's in a jam. As for how powerful it is, well it's definitely not an Artifact of Doom. As a matter of fact it's pretty irrelevant nowadays. Just an option really. On the subject of teleporting and reaping, I can see how that would be OP. The thing about The Undertaker is that while he does have these powers he only uses them when it's appropriate. So no lightning or fire spam either. Same goes for the technopathy.
Ah, right. I just wanted to ensure that we didn't end up with a situation where an otherwise acceptable character could use power boosters to get to a ridiculously powerful state. I'll think on this a little further and then give you the final verdict, okay? I expect the answer will be yes, but there's no sense in rushing things, eh?
Locking you up on radar since '09Take your time! The internets not goin' anywhere. Unless we're hit by a mega solar flare that knocks out all electronic devices for years to come.
Also a few more things:
-"Creatures of the Night" and The Urn cannot stack. He can only use one at a time.
-His signature moves include: Tombstone Piledriver; a belly-to-belly piledriver that drives the opponents head into the ground, Last Ride; an elevated power bomb, Chokeslam; a one-handed chokehold into a slam, and Hell's Gates; a modified gogoplata that chokes the opponent using his powerful legs.

I am more than fine removing The Voice and of course slowing her down. I knew that speed probably wasn't going to be accepted as high as it was.
"Raptor vision" means that just like a raptor she has the sharp eyesight and ability to see long distances like a raptor. She has binocular vision and the high visual acuity of most birds and raptors in particular.
Hmm... well the Liger is pretty much WYSIWYG right now, well with the nerfs I put on it. I'm cool with whatever goes for it
Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.Hmm... well if it craps out I'll fall back on Gaige the Mechromancer
Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.@Plumbum
Ooh! You should totally do that. Gaige is awesome. (And my favorite BL 2 Vault Hunter)
Would you be doing Anarchy Gaige? Because Anarchy Gaige is Best Gaige.
"I'm getting a god complex and I LOVE IT!"
Well Anarchy is very 'Game-Mechanic-y' - I'd probably still try and bust the skill advancement so i could give Gaige With Claws but she'd probably be using the BFF tree.
As it is, I could only vaguely justify Fight For Your Life as some kind of Determinator-style adrenaline rush.

Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.Eh, it wouldn't be that hard to go with the spirit of the mechanics as opposed to how they exactly work.
Anarchy I imagine could be explained as a program that increases the power of your weapon's shots the longer Gaige is in combat, and consequently also increases the recoil of the shots. The increased amounts of craziness that's associated with more 'stacks' could either be explained because it's Gaige, or some odd interaction with her cybernetic limb that affects her brain.
Discord could be a second program that expends Anarchy 'stacks' that significantly decreases the recoil of the shots while also increasing fire-rate, and creating a healing aura that regenerates her wounds.
Digi-splosions could be another program that expends Anarchy 'Stacks' to super-charge your rounds to create the digi-spolsion upon impact.
Essentially in this RP I imagine it'd work with Gaige getting more Anarchy the longer she's into a fight, and activating Discord and Digi-splosions with some sort of button or command instead of the silly reloading or jumping stuff. No need to record how many kills she actually gets.
...I was musing over how Anarchy Gaige would work in this RP if I dropped Linkara later on (Which I have no actual plans to do by the way) and picked her up instead, which is why I kinda have this planned out. You don't need to actually use any of this, I'm just throwing this out there if you are interested in using any of it to play Anarchy Gaige (Who, as I said, is Best Gaige).

No, I don't think I will be coming back somehow. I've already utterly failed to integrate myself into this RP once and I have no reason to assume it won't happen again.
"Yup. That tasted purple."
