...I have to endure loliservice?
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerHey guys, I have nothing to do for this Easter, but I was told by colleague to polish my American accent (pronounciation is my weakest side because I had shitty teachers during my high school and BA course when it came to it). What American shows could you recommend me to marathon? I'm already marathoning House (Laurie has fake American accent, but according to said colleague he has good enough), DCAU and Southpark.
My President is Funny Valentine.I watched Smallville in Polish too. I planned to marathon it anyway, but thanks for reminding me :)
Charmed seems to be show for girls, but I'm that type of guy who reads shojou manga. I'm openminded.
I should also remember to marathon Buffy The Vampire Slayer once more. The show of my childhood

My President is Funny Valentine.Supernatural
Yeah, Neil Patrick Harris is gay IRL, and between that show and the Harold And Kumar movies, he seems to have revived his career as being a parody of a successful straight horndog. In the third movie, which I just watched Sunday, he even stole girls from JESUS. He also appeared on Static Shock playing a washed up former child star....

The sad, REAL American dichotomyBatman Beyond! Star Trek TNG! Okay that second one would take you forever.
Seconding Batman Beyond and Beast Wars. I was gonna suggest both of those, but then I thought you might prefer live action for this.
I still need to finish my Batman Beyond Binge.
Ooh, Death Note, just because it was short too, and also great.
Everyone on facebook is changing their profile picture to bacon. I support meat equality too, but I'm not going to get preachy about it. What goes on in a person's skillet is between them and their butcher.

The sad, REAL American dichotomySorry, that was more a joke for the Americans. I'll explain when I get home.
Right. So the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) is hearing cases yesterday and today on the subject of gay marriage. So there's this image that a lot of (gay or ally) people are using as their facebook profile pics: the Human Rights Watch logo, but with a red background and pinkish equals sign. There's a joke image circulating that replaces the equals sign with bacon.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyI prefer cheese over bacon, but the former is not bad. Local bacon pizza is superb.'
I started playing Victoria: Revolutions again. That weird feeling when 1880s Brazil is more powerful than modern one.
I plan to make Brazil second Murica. I hope to grab some colonies in Africa, but when I run out of easy targets to colonize I'll resort to good old fashioned conquest and start nomming on South American neighbours. Paraguay and Uruguay are first targets. Then Venezuela for cheap oil. By 1930s I'll probably unite whole South America as self proclaimed USSA.

Or the sweet songs forever game, so you get a proper feel for the character's origins.
