Ah, I had indeed intended to go to that museum.
Also, Caleb City is hilarious. Most of his stuff has absurd twist endings - even if you know a twist is coming, you can't predict what it will be. He's also friends with the guys of RDC World 1, if you need another channel to check out. They've trended for a lot of stuff before. If you like basketball, you'll love their stuff too.
So, with the third Inter-Korea going very smoothly, there's even a half-joking talk of how there won't be any need for mandatory military service in the future.
If that happens, I hope the mandatory service lasts at least long enough until my little brother enters it.
I'm not too fond of mandatory military service but damn, that little shit deserves to go through it. Seriously, everybody around me agrees with me.
Even his so called girlfriend agrees as well, though I have a feeling that they will break up soon...
So are you saying he needs to learn discipline and responsibility? Because several countries have mandatory non-military service that can teach that.
Back from Tokyo. It was AMAZING.
Never trust what an older sibling has to say about a younger one.
Oh, nice. What did you do there?
@wander - No. I must confess there's no real good reason why he should go to the military. Well, other than the fact that it's mandatory.
Yes, he does need to learn discipline and all, but honestly, it's far better to get a part time job for that. You can actually get paid above minimum wage and can put it on resume later.
I was just feeling spiteful.
And hey, glad you had fun in Tokyo and made it out safe. Seems pretty turbulent there, storm, flood, and all.
@Shlugo - Can't say that doesn't apply to me. XP
Had to hear you enjoyed Tokyo so much, Wander. Ahhhh I want to go back already!
My exam's approaching soon, I'm glad this semester is nearing its end. But I'll be going back on break now until the 10th.
So Australia's one of the places on my list, but I don't know where I'd start!
What's with all this Rule 63 of Bowser? Seriously, how is it a thing?
There's apparently an item in the latest game that turns Toadette into a Peach-looking thing. And then someone made a comic about Bowser using that, people really liked the design from that comic, and then the internet did its magic.

I'm drowning in the stuff on my twitter and it's absolutely fantastic. Wouldn't complain if it kept going for a while.
Ah, so thats where it came from. That's actually pretty amazing. I'm really feeling this meme.
Best part is, all the big name mangaka seem yo have joined in. R/manga got flooded with it.
...Also seems I like chiks with horns. >_>
Girls with horns were always good.
I too like some horny girls.
not enough fire emojis to capture how great horny girls with horns are.
Boy it's wild how many big name mangaka have fallen into temptation. Author of Tsugumomo, Hatsukoi Zombie, fucking Yusuke Murata himself, the dude behind the Goblin Slayer adaptation, the fucking Black Lagoon artist it's a lot.
Come to think of it, Mario probably shared more screentime with Bowser than Peach.
Clearly, that means Bowser is more compatible as a lover than her. Yes.
That Mario, always chasing after the princess in another castle, and overlooking the king right in front of him.
Ahem, don't you mean queen?
I'm not going to presuppose his sexual orientation.
I am going to look forward to voting out Ted Cruz, and hope other American citizens are similarly disgusted by the party currently in office and their sense of entitlement.
Good luck with that. No, really, good luck. If Mitch McConnell lost control of the Senate it would really make my day. Think I've grown to hate him more than Trump.
I am personally pessimistic, though, especially given that last I heard we didn't really have any more safeguards against Russian interference.

I want to believe...
At the same time, I've seen some of the ugly underbelly.
So Kavanaugh is now the Supreme Justice. I guess that happened.
In another topic, I've been learning Spanish for a month now. Yo sé lo basicós, pero eso es todo. XD
That's sounds like a made up name and a made up function respectively? I mean, what crazy-ass country has a guy who's job is being a supreme justice?
For like six months anyway
but god DAMN does it feel good to be out of semester
The pertinent information:
as for "crazy-ass country" - I mean yeah, that's what the US is now. We detain and lose child undocumented immigrants to the country and expect them to represent themselves in court with more maturity than grown white men. We have evidence of our president's commission of sexual assault and hundreds of millions of dollars in tax fraud. One of the political parties abandons constitutional principle whenever it suits their financial interests. That same party immediately began limiting protections on the right to vote as soon as it was possible...
And no one in power cares, because at the moment all of the above are part of the ruling party and they successfully have abused or skirted every institutional limit on their power. Meanwhile, the other party (which encompasses most minority groups and a majority of the people in 6 of the last 7 national elections) is too stubbornly playing by the own rules, or incompetently applying their own power when they have it, to actually stop this.
And the people who don't directly benefit from that one political party's intent to increase the wealth and power of already rich and powerful white men? Some still gladly vote in that party's favor anyway, because they're convinced that the people poorer or less powerful than them are the actual problem and the only thing keeping them from getting up there. And it's not just poor white men who have been convinced of that. It's white women (especially those not college educated), and some non-white people as well.
In short... A table has 100 apples on it. Person A takes 98 apples, then tells Person B that Person C is trying to take Person B's apple, and that Person C is being unfair.
Some of this applies elsewhere around the world as well, where it can be more or less of a major problem.
I didn't go into this post planning to rant, but I'm really frustrated by all this bullshit.

Yeah I am actually kind of shocked at how corrupt and unethical the Republican party has been lately. I mean, this isn't actually new, but it's so... blatant.
