Arena 32: The Aviary
"Fuck if I know," Leonidas said. "This thing didn't come with a manual or anything," he pointed at the mark on his left shoulder with his right hand. "How did you figure out what you could do? But it looks like you could probably deal with all these birds anyway, right?"
Arena 56: The Lion Pit
After generating a sizable cloud, Lina was able to stop and look around. Having numerous lions would have scared most people, but the woman in front of her just didn't seem to care. "You idiot! No one pays to go see us thrown in a pit with friendly lions!"
Golem Firing Squad
"Thank you thank you thank you!" Dean yelled back, voice getting higher and higher with every syllable, but his movements becoming ragged with each dash as well. Mona slipped from his grasp momentarily, only for Dean to catch her again.
"Gotchagotchagotchagotcha..." he whined nervously.
Arena 32: The Aviary
"Now that doesn't help me one bit," Leonidas said, frowning. "Oh, I'll try to just see what powers I don't have to narrow it down. How hard can that be?"
He put his hands in front of him, shouting "DIE, BIRDS!" only to see nothing change. "Well, maybe I've got super strength!" He grabbed onto the trunk of a nearby tree, and started pulling upwards. "Tell me if it moves!" he said as he heaved.

Arden Deprato, Dragon Pit
The shots he had given appeared to be rather ineffective in doing anything meaningful, and the response given by the dragon was disproportionately fiery. It breathed a large stream of fire, intent on turning the arena into a sea of flames.
Arden's decision on picking the rifle was the right one. He was standing far enough from the dragon itself that he had the time to worry about the man standing just ten meters from the dragon.
He was about to fire a second round when a blaze of fire was sent hurling to him. Arden quickly jumped to the right with all the strength he could muster, letting go of the rifle in the process.
The blaze went past right behind him, and he landed on the hard ground. As he tried to stand up, he felt his right hand clenching something cylindrical. It seemed to be made out of metal.
Some distances ahead he spotted a pile of objects identical to the one in his grasp.
"Gold coins?!" Arden exclaimed in surprise. His attention was so focused on the dragon that he forgot what the room itself had to offer. A slight smile appaeared on his face. Stealthily, he put one into a hidden pocket in his shirt, and stood up.
Flames from the dragon's mouth continued to dance around the arena. Arden went to the weapon stockpile and picked up an identical rifle.

Arena 32: The Aviary
"You sure? I feel... something," Leonidas said to Franz. "I probably just need to pull harder." True to his word, he pulled again on the tree with all his might, but he still could not get it to budge. However, he suddenly lost his balance as his arms for some reason no longer resisted his force. He fell backwards into the dirt, with his hands still holding on to the tree, and arms stretched back nearly a dozen feet.
Arena 56: The Lion Pit
"That is the plan!"
Elder Dragon
The dragon rumbled, its groans shaking the arena. Slowly reaching an upright position, the mountain-sized dragon started to charge, for lack of a better term, its lazer.
A bright orb of bright heat and fire began to circle in the dragon's open maw. It was round, smooth, clearly more concentrated than that of a younger dragon. With age comes experience, and for this dragon, that meant taking a deluge of fire and turning it into a long range projectile.
Without wasting much time, it released, and fired the orb at the small metal thing before it.
The Eternal Wyrm
The fireball hit the worm dead on, smacking it with enough force to send its head whipping back. It roared in pain, the ground shaking. Obviously though, the damage was not severe enough to worry it. Although it had packed a punch, the fire didn't even singe the calloused armor of the worm.
"Well fuck," Johann said, grinning nervously, "Regular mountain, aintcha?"
Summoning more golems as per request, Yohann prepared to go on the offensive.
Dragon Pit
Roars of pain and fury echoed throughout the pit. It would not die here! Not to its food! It would kill them! It would rip, it would tear, it would eat! It would-
The massive guillotine fell, slicing off the dragon's head within an instant. There was no muss, and no fanfare. It was simply dead, and its head fell off its stump, feebly clinging on to its body by a few fibers. They had won.
A loud, cacophanous cheering filled the room, and lights flipped on in the walls, revealing a shadowed set of bleachers, settled behind a reinforced plate of glass. They'd been watching the whole time. And they'd loved it. The soldier, the female gladiator. She was quickly on her way to being a fan favorite.
The Werewolf
Had it not been starved. Had it not been beat, and ragged. If he had perhaps been fed... if perhaps he had been fed. Maybe then he could've won. But it had been too many years. He was no longer a gladiator. He didn't get food. Only a retirement plan of starvation and human sacrifice. He had eaten the flesh of others, killed countless numbers since they'd put him in this pit. Perhaps it was time for him to die.
He struggled briefly. Then he lay still. He was tired of struggling. For a moment, the human returned. I want it to end.
Golem firing squad
They were dead. Finally they were dead. The floor was slick with blood and wet clay. And they had claimed their prize of life.
The Aviary
The bird things had not gone, however. They merely swooped around, and began the attack.
Hissing from the open slits on their faces, their midsections peeled open, revealing rows of yellow quills. Stopping to hover midair, one of them launched a quill at the duo.
Lions
Finally, one of the lionesses was brave enough to charge forth, roaring.
Magma golem
The golem felt the effects immediately. Its movement slowed, and it began to solidify. Even as its moved forward, it crusted up, slowing little by little as it reached for them.

"They're—dead—we KILLED THEM ALL!" Dean cheered, quivered, and collapsed, still clutching Mona. He stared into space, panting. His mind racing. The remains were coating his pants, he realized. COATING HIM IN THE GORE. Mona was safe SO THAT HE WOULD BE FORCED TO KILL HER HIMSELF LATER BUT AT LEAST FOR NOW THEY WERE SAFE.
"What now?" Dean asked. "Help me up. We need to seem powerful and confident."
Under the ground, Patrick felt a gigantic vibration coming from above. Reaching his hands up, they passed through the wall like it was water. His hands surfaced, planting themselves on the ground in preparation to pull the rest of the body up. His head was the next to pop out. Then his elbow came out to support him as he pulled himself out of the ground.
The first sound he heard was cheering, and the first sight was the dragon, dead on the floor, a massive blade separating the head from the body. He turned to look at Elena in awe. She was amazing to be able to take down the dragon with such little help from her teammates. Muttering a silent apology, Patrick smiled and turned away. Everything did turn out okay after all.
"Why does everything have to loop back to YGO?" -Guy who ruined YGOYohane
Yohane's smile never faded as the Elder Dragon prepared its attack, a small laughter erupting from her throat. And then... it fired. Using his enhanced legs, she leapt up with great speed... but not before both of his legs from the kneecaps down got disintegrated by the dragon's fiery orb.
Landing on her talons, Yohane simply faced the dragon... before laughing loudly. "Come on little snake! You're going to have to do a lot better than that if you want to stop me~!" said the child as it laughed loudly. If one was observant enough, they would take notice that Yohane said stop, and not kill. Immediately after saying those words, and wanting to put on a little show for those who may be watching, Yohane sliced off her scorched and burnt organic legs and their armor, right before they began to regenerate at an abnormal speed. First, came the milky white bones that constructed themselves with creaks and crackles, and the sound of things grinding could be heard as it formed. Next, came her muscles... which made a horrible and disturbing sound, almost as if meat was being squashed and mashed together. And then, came his flesh, which made noises as if one was sewing together the skin and hide of animals over one another. Lastly... came the child's organic armor that fully regenerated itself.
The whole process... took less than ten seconds.
Landing upon her feet, Yohane's legs cracked a bit as he moved them. "That was a nice little trick, wasn't it, Mr. Serpent~? Now then, why don't you show me another trick~!"
Her smile never fading, Yohane proceed to cut his arm that was spinning rapidly with the blades off with her talons. Picking up her severed and still spinning arm from the base as a new one instantly regenerated itself, Yohane let out a small giggle as she began charging...
"Fetch~!"
...and threw the organic armored spinning sword-drill arm like a lance straight at the Elder Dragon.

"That girl actually did it..." Arden looked at the beheaded dragon in awe. For him, it was truly a spectacle of his life. He wanted to go over where the girl stood and shook her hand, muttering words of praise all the while.
However, he realized he had no such right. He barely helped, and that's even if you count several rifle rounds helpful. All in all, he was a mere liability in the fight.
"That girl's just too amazing." He kept his smile, waiting for the crowd's cheers to reduce in intensity. "Hopefully their attention was fixated enough on her that they didn't notice me earlier..."
Arden spotted the other man in the team going back to the exit. And he followed him.
Alice in the Lions Den (Arena 56)
"She doesn't look friendly at all!" Alice shouted as she tried to back away from the lion. As she did, she started to loose her balance - she hadn't quite fully recovered from getting hit by the first lion.
"Whoops!"
Stumbling, she made a perfect target for the lioness - except then she tripped and fell backwards the moment the lioness leapt to attack her, causing the beast to fly safely over her instead.
"I'll be taking my field back now." Perry said, glowering at the golem. With a cruel swipe of a clawed hand, a massive pillar of a field struck at the brittle beast with the force of a freight train ready to fly off it's rails.
"It's been fun."

"Son of a bitch!" Leonidas said, his newfound talents being put on the back-burner as the bird attacked. Not sure what to do, he simply rolled over behind the trunk of the tree to get out of the bird's view, but also causing his arms to wrap around him as he went across them. Frantically, he started untangling them, trying to get them back to normal.
Arena 56: The Lion Pit
"Told you," Lina said, running towards the side of the arena, massive amounts of adrenaline flooding her system as the blood pumped through her legs, letting her jump high enough to clear the wall of the arena... only to hit the glass and fall down.

Golem Firing Squad
Reva grimaced as she was thoroughly doused in clay and... blood? A wave of nausea rolled in her stomach. No. No time for that. "I'm on it!" she called.
Hefting the gun back in front of her, she zipped around to the rest of the golems. She bashed and smashed at them almost recklessly, losing count at how many she hit, before dashing away again. Reva quickly brushed her dark bangs out her eyes before she swung at another golem and then scrambled to the side to avoid another shower of clay. The floor was now nearly covered in golem parts and clay and guns and... other things that were most definitely not blood.
